Three Sisters catered for a pre-Thankgiving feast. Their food was really good. I would say the…read morerack of lamb was the dish that stood out the most for me! The dessert panna cota was delicious too! They are definitely one of the top caterers I've had. I can't wait to try more of their food!

Coming here quite a few times because friends wanted to come here. They told me there is lobster…read morehere. What we ordered is lobster rolls and not too shabby either. I could eat three of these rolls but I refrained. Tonight, we have been invited for a tasting at a GoGoBot to try their menu for #ThreeSistersCateringLA. We have met the Chef Lalo Talamantes and the General Manager, Bill, who told us a little history of who Twohey's is and their Stinko nickname for their burger. This restaurant is pretty big with enough room for a banquet in the back room. This GoGoBot Blogger Dinner Menu starts with an Autumn Salad. Baby Frisée, Radicchio and Tuscan kale salad with roasted organic red beets, roasted pumpkin, praline pecas, Gorgonzola and maple-balsamic vinaigrette. Entrees continue with Risotto con Zucca. Carnaroli rice simmered with roasted butternut squash, pumpkin purée, toasted walnuts and Sultana golden raisins. Served over tomato coulis and finished with brown butter-sage. We have a choice of New Zealand Lamb Chops or Angus tenderloin Medallions. Both served the same way with pomegranate and Ouzo reduction, mint, fresh raspberries and pomegranate seeds served with fingered baby carrots and sweet potato au gratin. Awaiting the dessert dish after the entrees is painful too. Crema Bruciata that has spiced pumpkin and walnut liquor panna cotta with caramelized sugar top. This evening is still going with tickets for a raffle and many prizes to come.

We had the most lovely experience for a Dohl birthday gathering! Perfect fusion menu with authentic…read moreKorean flavors. We wanted to go with the bossam (pics look so good) but our event was held after lunchtime/light bites so we opted for the taco bar, which was also amazing. Nonstop compliments from friends and family regarding the food. Presentation was just lovely too. Hard to accomplish great taste, price, authenticity, AND presentation but Chubby Fingers rocked it all. Other items ordered that I didn't get good photos of (all was v delicious): - Yuzu tomato salad (so refreshing, wish I could make this at home) - Gochujang glazed veggies - Elote - Japchae P.S. I'm just remembering how wonderful the tacos were, especially the tortilla. Corn and soft, this is NOT your typical grocery store purchase. I think they source it from a legit Latina market. That's what I mean by authenticity. For all our dishes, they got both Korean and Mexican cuisines right. Chubby Fingers brings the real deal.

Best decision for our Reception/Baby Shower! (Incredible value & taste)…read more Chubby Fingers catered our event and it was absolutely wonderful! OMG... as I'm writing this, I'm still craving the food we had that day from Chubby Fingers! After doing multiple tastings with other caterers, we chose them for their generous portions and amazing value at a very competitive price point. Why we chose them: Before choosing them, we actually met with several other caterers and even did tastings to compare our options. What really stood out about Chubby Fingers was how generous and abundant their offerings were at a very similar price point. The value honestly surprised us in the best way. The Experience (Catering Drop-off): We ended up doing a catering drop-off, and even with that setup, you could truly feel the care and thought they put into everything. The presentation was beautiful and everything was packed so nicely -- it still felt very special and intentional. The Food (The highlight of our day!): On the day of the event, the food completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the event, and several people even came up to ask where we found the caterer because they wanted the information for their own events. Our Menu Highlights: 1. Chubs Bossam: Slow-roasted caramelized pork shoulder with ssam bar (perilla leaves, lettuce, and samjang). Absolute hit! 2. Japchae: Korean sweet potato glass noodles with mushrooms and vegetables. 3. Gochujang Glazed Veggies: Roasted market vegetables with a subtle, delicious gochujang glaze. 4.Yuzu Tomato Salad: Heirloom tomatoes with greens and a refreshing yuzu vinaigrette (so fresh!). and the White Rice was included! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. I'm so sad I didn't take more photos, I was so busy hosting and enjoying the event, but the presentation in person looked even better than the photos!) If you're planning an event, do yourself a favor and book Chubby Fingers--you won't regret it! I truly can't recommend them enough if you want to impress your guests!
