The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything moving without hovering over your table. If Mariano's ever changes their fajita recipe, I'm prepared to testify before Congress. We've also noticed that the male bartender seems much more attentive and friendly toward other guests, particularly a group of women seated next to us, which made the difference in service even more noticeable. Despite these experiences, we've continued to tip 20% because the food is always great, and we've never sent anything back. We genuinely enjoy this restaurant and want to keep coming back. I just wish I didn't feel disappointed whenever we end up having to sit at the bar.
