We stopped in not really knowing what to think but we are always willing to try anything and glad we did. It is not fancy by any mean but it is delicious! I believe the tortillas were homemade and so yummy! One thing just a side note is that each order is 1 taco. We didn't realize that at first but no biggie. The tacos are very filling! We got the Mediterranean Tacos and Loaded Fries read more

Taco Ranch - This was the soul sister chicken - Tacos Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Let me just start by saying: I am 100% planning a trip back to Pigeon Forge *just so I can eat here again.* Forget Dollywood, forget the mountains--Taco Ranch is now the main attraction. I went two days in a row and I'm still dreaming about the food like it was a long-lost love. First, the staff. I met one of the chefs and one of the managers (didn't catch their names, but trust me--if you meet them, you'll want to invite them to your Christmas party). They were friendly, fun, and genuinely cared about our experience. If I lived in Pigeon Forge, I'd want to hang out with these people outside of the restaurant. And then there's Kenzie (technically Mackenzie, but she's cool enough to shorten it). She was behind the bar making drinks that deserve their own spot in the Hall of Fame. I don't know what magic she's mixing back there, but I'd happily buy a ticket just to sit at her bar, sip her cocktails, and listen to her jokes. Her humor is worth the price of admission, and the drinks? Absolute perfection. Now the food. Holy guacamole. I had the fried avocado taco (life-changing), the lobster taco (I still hear angels sing when I think about it), and my daughter had the carne asada taco which she said was one of the best she's ever had. We also had the street corn, and when I mentioned I'd recently had dental surgery, they cut it off the cob for me--because apparently, in addition to being culinary geniuses, they're also thoughtful angels. Taco Ranch isn't just a restaurant. It's a spiritual experience. It's the reason I'll be back in Pigeon Forge sooner than planned. If you don't eat here at least once, you're doing Pigeon Forge wrong. read more

Walk in... order at the counter and sit to wait on food. We ordered the gochujang queso & chips, #2buffalo chicken, #3nashville hot chicken (both one taco each) and 2 drafts beer. As soon as we sit they brought our food. (And we got the only table they had left) They had live music and also played music kinda loud over the speaker. Would definitely go back! read more

This place is the BEST! Everything was clean, fresh, great service, and fabulous. My husband had the kicked up PB&j bacon burger-he loved it (hadn't had a taco this good since we moved from AZ.). They pack the taco full worth the money. The herbed tots also very tasty. Everything was fresh, tasted great and the drinks perfect! Full bar great for families, indoor/ outdoor space to eat. Loved it!!!! read more

Honestly, it's "gourmet" tacos but they are average. I just wanted a legit taco from Central America, not a fusion with Korean or Mediterranean or Indian flavors. It can be fun...I just wanted authentic. Single tacos were about $4-7 each, so a bit pricey. Atmosphere was nice, clean, nice indoor/outdoor area. I wouldn't return. read more

This is a great option in the area, different than a lot of the other places around. It's family owned and you can tell because the staff is really nice. The food is all fresh, made from scratch. I liked the tikka frikka, like the Indian food dish but in a taco, very unique. The green chili pork is also great, just the right amount of kick. The tacos are big, and two is probably enough unless you're really hungry. I'll definitely be back to try more options. read more

The food was delicious! I love all the fresh ingredients and interesting food combinations! I had the Mediterranean Steak and Fattoush taco, which was amazing, and then I went back for the Gochujang Queso and Chips. I highly recommend both! The place was clean, service was quick and friendly, and they had a great music mix. read more

Amazing food! Would love to have one in Pinehurst, NC! Service was great! So fresh! Thank you so much!

Nice Mexican restaraunt with decent food. OK resaraunt for a quick bite. Ambience was OK. Prices were good for what you get.

If you're in Pigeon Forge and craving some seriously delicious tacos, Taco Ranch is the place to go! Every taco we tried was packed with unique flavors and fresh ingredients, making it one of the best taco spots I've been to in a long time. We ordered a variety, and each one was a standout. Some are not pictured because we ate them too fast . The Mango Passion fruit margarita was also very yummy. The service was great! The employees were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout. read more

Taco Ranch - Gochujang Queso & Chips - Tacos Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

We enjoyed lunch on a Tuesday. It was nearly empty when we arrived and we placed order immediately. The menu choices were a little unusual for a taco- Nashville hot chicken, sweet Thai shrimp, chicken, pork and lots more. We had queso with chips, pepperjack and chive stuffed tots, rotisserie chicken taco, carne asada, and a mango margarita. The queso was fantastic with some pico mixed in. The tots were large and tasty with a ranch dipping sauce. The chicken taco was not exactly what I was expecting. My wife's carne asada taco was much better. The margarita was tasty with some tahini on the rim. read more

Food, service, and ambiance: 10/10! The elote was absolutely delicious - the perfect start to an incredible meal. We tried the Nashville Hot Chicken, Carne Asada Chimichurri, Lobster & Avocado, and Gringo tacos, and every single one was bursting with flavor. I only wish I wasn't so full because I would've loved to try even more. Can't wait to come back! read more

An unexpected little place! After ordering at the counter, we sat and I took in all of the little "moments" of the decor. From the beautiful patterned tile to the awning over the drink station to the pattern on the ceiling tiles to the ladies making the homemade tortillas. And I couldn't stop looking at the bar! Our food was brought to our table and it was SO good. The people working were friendly which topped off the whole experience. Highly recommend! read more

Went walking while in PF and came across this bright looking spot to sit and see the happenings on the Parkway. Wandered in and had the tacos and drinks. Specifically asked for a drink similar to what was on the menu and the gentleman was happy to help. It wasn't extra ingredients or anything like that - all the same ingredients just a different way of putting it together and it was amazing! They were very accommodating and friendly during our ordering process. Stick with one taco of a variety of kinds until you get to know what is your favorite. Now we know when we go back what to ask for but we tried several because they were so unique - honestly all were good but hands down the steak Mediterranean was to die for!!! Do not pass up the elotes!!! I could have sat outside in the open air munching on elotes and drinking blackberry palomas all night long!!! Staff tried hard to keep up with the slobs around us and had a hard time trying to clean. We clean up after ourselves and when we chipped in and helped the overworked staff (because a few ignorant customers) they were more than thankful and slightly embarrassed but this was on a group of disrespectful customers and not the staff. I felt bad and grabbed some paper towels and helped (a couple other tables cleaned up after themselves once they saw us doing it) and once the staff was up to speed again all was right in the world - people a little bit of kindness and respect goes sooo sooooo far! This staff was above par and next time we fly (drive) through Pigeon Forge we will be back for our palomas and elotes and maybe try the next amazing batch of tacos they dream up! The staff made a huge difference here and should be commended for sticking together as a team and working through a tough shift!!! High Fives to them all! read more

Good food. Fast service. My favorite was the fried avocado taco. You could tell everything was fresh and homemade

Slow service; sub par food I knew it was a tourist trap, but I thought the food would at least be acceptable. I was wrong. read more

New addition to area within last couple months. Taco fusions worth a try, homemade taco soft shells, good size. Ordered Carne Asada Chimichurri, and Green Chile Pork...Carne superb! Could use more main sauce options on side, or sauce/salsa bar...ask for more. Tad pricey, however unique. Military discount. read more

The area and ambience is really nice especially at night this is isn't even mentioning the quality of tacos. As a Hispanic ik good tacos when I eat them so when I tell you they're good here it ain't no joke. The customer service was great when we went there was a girl was really nice and the bartender was as well. Just good vibes and good food read more

We took a very large group in completely unannounced and had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was top notch. There was live music and the entire environment was great. The entire group loved everything on the song list. With such a large group it's to be expected the service to be less or the quality to possibly decline and that was not the case. Not one part of the order was inaccurate and the people were some of the best we encountered. I would highly recommend visiting Danny and his team! read more

In town for business so we stopped in for lunch on Monday. Not only was the taco incredible but the staff were even better. First off, this place is awesome, my wife and I came for our anniversary dinner and we both walked out happier than we did coming in. The service was great, everyone was very nice and the food came out very quickly. The chef was very personable, he came over and when I expressed I had never had PB&J in anything savory like a burger or taco- he offered me a sample of their beer that goes with it and to say I was blown away is an understatement. An absolute must-try. The restaurant, as a whole, was amazing and I have already made plans to come back the next time I'm in town. read more

This place is great! Fun energetic vibe when you walk in the door. They had a singer playing. It's a walk up and order experience, number at your table for delivery. We got our food to go. The tacos are substantial in size, 2 for me with chips was too much. I loved the pig and fig taco, it was different and oh so good. They accommodated our dairy free needs on the shrimp tacos. Great flavors, good and fast service. This is a must go when in the area! read more
