We passed Taco Ranch and stopped in after playing a round of mini golf and we were blown away by the food. We sat at the bar and Shaq was our server/bartender and he was awesome. We ordered one taco each and then a second at his recommendation. Each tortilla had its own specific flavor and the Mediterranean taco with the Hibiscus tortilla was incredible! And the prices were great as well as we expected a high price taco with not much to it and we were so surprised at the amount of meat in each taco for the price. This is a great place with great food. The menu may throw you but give it a try and you will be glad you did. I stuck to the chicken/Tikka Fricca? And Shrimp/Thai both were amazing. The tortillas are freshly made and cooked the food perfectly. Sauces that came were fantastic. Husband tried the Snapper and the Pork/Green Chile. Got some chili paste for his and he was a happy camper. The chips and queso not so good. Cheese was coolish and congealed some and the chips are not fresh. They need to improve that. Spent some time in Pigeon Forge recently and ended up eating at Taco Ranch a few times. It was so good I just kept going back, I couldn't help myself. All the tacos I tried were delicious! Also, do not miss out on the Queso, it is seriously the best I have ever tried. Met the owners Nick and Danny. They are local guys from Pigeon Forge and are super friendly.
