Went for the quesabirria taco and found it to be better. I think the cheese helped out. I saved the other taco and tostada for the morning. I tired to warm them up for breakfast but they did. It warm well so I ended up throwing them out. Not a next day food. The taco shell (corn tortillas) fell apart and again the meat did not have very strong flavoring. It was very bland. I would stick to the items with cheese on them.

They offer a decent seating area outdoors. During the colder months, they have a propane heater that adds to the setting. Everything was clean and maintained. They have a great selection of classic taco cart items. They even have churros and a large selection of drinks. Once ordered, the food was made to order. It took about 5-10 minutes but everything came out hot. We will definitely be back. If you plan to go, as of the writing of this review (02/05/2024); they're open Thursday through Tuesday only from 6pm-Midnight.

Their pineapple salsa and other salsa selections are really good too. They had pickled peppers and carrots and fresh cucumbers to cool your palate. Super appreciate that our friend Chad posted about this wonderful place on Facebook so we could find Pancho's Tacos truck. Oh and they had bottles of the Mexican Coca~Cola that use real sugar cane, which was ice cold and to open it they had a bear bottle opener attached onto a pole near the counter which just added to the enjoyment of their cool little sit down area. Also, this guy (my husband) was impressed and that says a whole heck of a lot!He is an amazing cook so sometimes when we go out to eat somewhere besides home, we are many times disappointed. Not this time: Pancho's Tacos food was delicious! Exactly as we were told so we were very pleasantly surprised. Plus the woman who waited on us and took our order was super nice.
