The green salsa they gave me were pretty good. I probably would have liked something a little more spicy, but since I was working, I didn't really wanna risk eating something super spicy. There was some road construction out front and assumed the place would be empty, but I WAS WRONG! I was greeted immediately by a kind gentleman who worked with me in ordering exactly what I wanted. I payed and waited probably less than 10 minutes for my order. They even set my tostadas on the side so they wouldn't get soggy! I did dock a star because once I made it back to the office, I opened my plate and it was a large portion of food, but the jaiba was not marinated in lime nor seasoned at all... Just dry. The camarón ceviche beneath it was perfect. I did try my best to mix it up best I could. It wasn't bad, the food was flavorful, I'm sure had I made a choice of one or the other there probably wouldn't have been any issues. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the extra limes, salt and Valentina packets that came with it. They thought of everything: fork, plate, napkins. Loved that. I get them along with the carne asada burrito and an horchata every time I come to Delano to visit my parents. Today, we ordered 10 tacos dorados, 2 carne asada burritos, a side of rice and beans, large chips and salsa, and a medium horchata. Everything came out to $50 and some change. Prices have gone up over the past few years, but so has every other restaurant. Needless to say, the food is still very delicious and the way the food is put together, looks like they actually care about presentation and the customer's thoughts.
