I made the terrible mistake of choosing to order here from among all the options at the Stonestown food court. They were somehow out of rice - a fact the cashier did disclose as we ordered. I proceeded with my order of a super burrito nonetheless. There was nothing super about the burrito. It was, in fact, small - and not only missing the rice but also the sour cream and avocado it was supposed to contain. Was in the area and decided to try out this spot for late lunch. The place is located inside stonestown mall food court. It is clean and appears well maintained. The hostess was friendly and helpful. I elected to try their Birria Tacos and Birria Ramen as it looked so appetizing looking at their posters and pictures of it on their wall and menu. The price is affordable and I didn't wait long to be served. The food looked and smelled great. It was fresh and hot. When I tasted it, it was good and not bad at all and it satisfied my hunger. This place is amazing. Everything I tried is awesome, which was the birria, asada, suadero, and Al pastor. My favorites are the Al pastor and suadero/brisket, which are far above average. The Al pastor even comes with pineapple. Their customer service is also amazing. They forgot my birria taco in my to go order. They are 1) knowingly and systematically overcharging everyone by 14% and 2) giving very low value - tiny sliver of avocado and no sour cream in sight in a very small, slightly dry "super" burrito. Issue: Super burrito is $14.50 on menu board. She rang me up at $16.50 plus tax so almost $18 for a very small burrito compared to what you're used to in SF. When I asked her about the overcharge she didn't even look at my receipt (so not the first time she was made aware of this). She just shrugged and said "it includes tax or something." When I showed her tax was also charged and she should charge me $14.50 as posted she spoke to someone in the back who eventually told her to give me $2 refund. So slightly overcharged still but I accepted it.
