Poor customer service they wanted to charge me for limes which they hadn't the several times I purchased food there. Meat quality isn't that good and the drink was mainly ice with margarita mixer. Food reminded me of American style Mexican food so it wasn't really what I wanted but I know some people prefer that. We just recently moved to the area and let me tell you this place is phenomenal. The tortas are so delicious and so messy it's to die for. The burrito is also really good. I like to add rice. The horchata is just bussin I'm so happy we found a good Mexican place right by the house we have gone probably three times in one week since we discovered it. I wish they would put a little more steak but other than that it's delicious. The service is really great. We ordered delivery yesterday and we called them to make some modifications that Uber wouldn't let us, and they did it right away with a very nice tone on the phone. You can tell when somebody actually likes their job and they definitely do a good job and providing great customer service. They have a nice salsa bar where you can make your own salsa for Togo. I can't speak too much for the ambience because I've never been inside, usually my husband goes for us. But from what I've heard it's very nice and a more upscale Mexican takeout place. Definitely give it a try if you love Mexican food. If I could eat it every day, I probably would. Oh yeah, and their chicken tacos is soooo good they use grilled onions, which taste so good to me. Five dollar tacos! Definitely not worth it! I asked the girl behind the counter how big they are and she overestimated and even said that they were "stuffed". I was very shocked when it came to the table. Scraps of rubbery meat, an old avocado slice, and the fat of bacon. It had so much pineapple on it I couldn't even taste the steak, if you can call it steak. The corn tortillas were soaked in grease and rubbery. Definitely not worth five dollars and it was smaller than my hand. I think they use street taco size tortillas. The chips that came with the salsa were burnt. I have eaten at multiple Taco Madre locations, but this one is really good! Everything I have ordered from here has really been top notch. Most recently, I had a hankering for some fried ice cream and I was nearby when it hit. I ordered and brought it home. Wow. It was really good! Big portion, lots of cinnamon flavor, the bottom tostada was delicious and most importantly, it stayed in tact for my 12 minute drive home! I highly recommend that dessert from there. Our annual Taco craving fix here when my son's tournament was happening at Montgomery Sport complex. My favorite two tacos: Fish and Beef tongue. Both were fresh and tasty. My son loved the steak ones. Hubby's favorites is shrimp. My girl liked the chicken taco. No Jamaica here but sweet rice water was pretty nice. We'll I just made it home from work and decided to try this taco place, which I've driven past so many times. I ordered some chicken tacos and a steak burrito. Let me say the people working there were very nice. Butt the food was not good. The chicken tacos were chunks of dried chewy meet with no flavor and the burrito had long strips of onions in it (no cheese or flavor). I wish had drove straight home and not wasted my time nor money . I would drive back butt gas versus the jerk tacos (chewy like beef jerky) are not worth it. Ive always heard of this location but I never was near the area. Luckily, I am moving in this general area so I can stop by. Also, luckily for me... I am also a fan of this place too. The location is near the far corner of Walmart. It looks like a little hole in the wall location. A few parking spots outside but I am happy to report, the inside is a little nicer than outside. Once you step inside...there is a few chairs and tables and you order from the counter. The menu is above using TVs. I guess they change their menu prior... it is a-la-carte now. No combos or anything... just order whatever you want exactly. On this visit, I decided to get the Korean BBQ taco, Camaron (shrimp tacos, and al Pastor. A side of queso and of course the lovely and delicious Horchata. The queso arrived shortly. This is probably one of my favorites quesos in the world and let me tell you... I have tried plenty. They also brought out plenty of chips and the salsa. The salsa did not have much heat but the chips were freshly tasting. It was salted nicely and had a little good flavor form their house spice blend. The queso followed shortly. Gooey is a good way to describe it. The flavor was strong in the cheese and it was very liquidity but it holds the texture to make it gooey was also perfect. Overall, the tacos were all very delicious. The Korean BBQ has thinly sliced beef, kim chi slaw, and some sort of semi-spiced sauce. The flavor of the beef was lacking and a little chewy but the Kim Chi brought everything together nicely. In the end, this is probably one of my favorite tacos given the beef. The Camaron shrimp taco comes with shrimp, avocado, pico and a chipotle aioli. The shrimp was a little too soft which made me question if it was fully cooked or not. However, I would rather eat semi undercooked food versus overcooked (Not including chicken, mind you). The flavors here was nicely balanced. The chipotle aoili had a little smokiness and very small amount of heat. The shrimp marinated in garlicky-morita mojo was delicious. This comes as a very close favorite. Of course.... I had to end with Al Pastor tacos. These are my ultimate favorite tacos in the world. Adobe marinted pork, caramelized onions and pineapple. I am sure they do not make this the traditional way that I am aware of...I could be wrong, but I dont taste the charred bits from the spit or being roasted slowly. However, I do love my al pastor. Plus this has little bits of pineapple which gives it a lovely sweetness. In the end, this is one of my favorite taco places in the area. I will be new to this area in the end of this month but at least I found the location where I am will be here most of the day and night and in between. Food is quick and delicious. The location is small, and the staff are averaged.. cant ask for more or less at a taco location. read more

Wowwww amazing authentic tacos! They give you the choice of "american style" with lettuce cheese and tomato or "mexican" style, with onions and cilantro. I had the steak tacos with corn tortillas and in each style. So so good! Steak was seasoned perfectly nothing was too salty or too spicey. The home made sauces were amazing too! Best Mahi Mahi taco Ive ever had!! The fish was fried so crispy the pico and slaw were fresh and the sauce was delicious! I wish I ordered 6 of them. The shrimp taco was yummy too. I definitely think they need to improve the lighting inside, the place looked close while we were driving up. Ordered two tortas the other day. My wife went to pick them up and shortly after brought them home. I couldn't believe how soggy the bread was it was almost falling apart when I picked it up. This was my go to spot, the food was always great, portions were sizable but last night we ordered and I was so disappointed. I ordered the jr burrito, which I know it is smaller than normal but it was ridiculously small. There was nothing but meat and cheese in there when I ordered it with everything.
