They should give you a tongue scraper from all the salt they pour on the sweet potato fries. It's laughable how much salt they use. I'm here probably twice a week, the kitchen is so inconsistent, unfortunately. I order the sweet potato fries without seasoning so I can salt myself otherwise they are just simply inedible, but sometimes they arrive with salt still, and I try to eat them, and they are always waaaaaay to salted EVERY SINGLE TIME. Service was superb but that's where it ends. First time in and like most people mention, the bright lights are a big turn off. It really creates an uncomfortable, not very relaxed atmosphere. I really wish this place was good. We just returned for the third time and nothing has changed. All food way over salted. Appetizers come out like they were under low watt heat bulbs. Ordered to go drove 45 minutes to go get it only to realize they forgot 2 items. And cooked my burger wrong leaving all toppings that I requested to be taken off. Called to talk to someone about it was told they were getting a manager but then was hung up on. Could've been a simple dropped call but who knows. We are locals. Second time at this location. Lighting is TOO bright for bar atmosphere - very bright white. Not relaxing. Food was okay - lettuce was old; pink edges and wilted. Ordered wings 4/5 stars for the wings, but, cut carrots and celery wilted and dry - days old or left out - however, service great! Unfortunately that is the last time we will be visiting. If we see the lights are lower, we may try again, food however was disappointing. read more

The Clermont burger was so good as well as the tater tots. The waitress was incredible and super nice. It's such a welcoming environment with plenty of entertainment and great staff. We came and sat at the bar on a busy Saturday afternoon. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We sat with Gene and Will, they both introduced themselves and shook our hands, asked our names and remembered them. The beer list is great and the food was awesome. This place opened just in time as our normal go to joint, Millers Ale House takes sweet potato fries off the menu. This place has them and they are good! The food is good bar cuisine with cold beer and a really nice vibe. We loved the fact the patio dining area was heated nicely and very spacious. The food came out fast and was good. Food service was a long wait 45 mins to get food out for a small quantity of food. The bartenders are inexperienced that give off inconsistent pulls. The server was not good and not bad just inexperienced but the environment was entertaining and enjoyable. Love the outside view/weather. read more

Our first time here, and a drink was spilt on a young woman at our table. We all totally understand these things happen but there was not a single apology from anyone. They cleaned the mess, but said nothing at all about anything that happened. Once the bill came, our server didn't even know and still charged the young woman for her drink. Once our server was notified she took the drink off the bill but that was it. The assistant manager Andrew H was pulled over to the table to notify him and he began to smirk about the whole situation and throw his hands up, never once apologizing for anything. Don't waste your time. We were seated, waited 15 minutes and no server ever checked on us. The hostess did have plenty of time to sit behind the counter and play on her cell phone. When we were leaving I explained why. She was very rude! The place was clean and appears to be brand new and nice. Just couldn't get waited on. Service is very slow at the bar later in the evening. Only one bartender working and typically too busy chatting. I live in Dahlonega and will still go to Taco Mac in Cumming or Canton for better service. I would rather drive farther for better service. Go see Josh in Canton for how service should be; he has been there over a decade and knows how to take care of patrons. read more

Absolutely horrible! Placed a large delivery order for a parter 2 days before, called and confirmed morning of and they cancelled 3 hours before my party because it's National Wing Day. Is it irony or just plain fact that Taco Mac can't deliver on National Wing Day. Go to Buffaloes. read more

Nick was absolutely fantastic!!! He was so helpful and constantly made sure we were okay. The food was great, although the medium wing sauce was incredibly spicy, and probably was equivalent to a normal hot sauce. The queso dip was delicious!! read more
