It was so good it could compete with Birria Consommé from the entire world with its amazing flavor. The birria had a perfect blend of savory, and salty. The meat texture was perfect. The birria had a perfect blend of umami, richness, savoriness, saltiness and smoothness. This restraint had better food than the taco truck (Tacos Los Primo), Que taco and any other Mexican restaurant I went to. The service was also amazing (it put chic-fil-a to shame). Our waitress (Rosa) was really nice and let us try the strawberry horchata for free which was amazing but not for me. The price were also amazing with one birria taco costing 4.50. the consommé is also free with the purchase of at least one birria taco.
