The food arrived and my dad thought his Menudo was amazing, and my mom was amazed with the flavor of her Pozole, which tasted almost as good as her Mexican friend's (Jani's) pozole, I was completely and utterly shock with how incredible my tacos tasted. This restaurant had the best Quesabirria in all of Minnesota, and the consommé for the tacos was out of this world. It was so good it could compete with Birria Consommé from the entire world with its amazing flavor. The birria had a perfect blend of savory, and salty. The meat texture was perfect. The birria had a perfect blend of umami, richness, savoriness, saltiness and smoothness. This restraint had better food than the taco truck (Tacos Los Primo), Que taco and any other Mexican restaurant I went to. The service was also amazing (it put chic-fil-a to shame). Our waitress (Rosa) was really nice and let us try the strawberry horchata for free which was amazing but not for me. The price were also amazing with one birria taco costing 4.50. the consommé is also free with the purchase of at least one birria taco. Not here. I change it up because I love everything I've had. From the tacos, to the roast beef burrito, also love the taco burrito. But my favorites are their hamburger enchiladas and the Cindy Nachos. Their enchiladas are big and that sauce! I could drink it, lol. The Cindy Nachos are gooey, cheesy and just plain heavenly to eat. Try the chips and salsa too, they make it homemade and have some unique flavors. They have 2 booths at our county fair, and the lines are crazy long. We usually opt to get our order to go and after years of ordering, they've not gotten it wrong yet. The staff always have a smile and that's not always easy given the tight quarters and harried pace of orders going out the door.
