Just a general gripe and update. I love Jimmy John's. I have spent a lot of money there, but I think I'm done with them simply because of the prices. I should not have to pay over $20 for a slim sandwich and a pop! Then they slam you with a delivery charge and tip also! It's not worth it anymore! Bread with only meat on it shouldn't be more than $4-5. Sorry to say it's the end for me. read more

the delivery driver for your location is a terrible driver. He drives in excessive speeds thru businesses parking lots and goes the incorrect direction cutting thru the lot between cars. this dangerous and has been seen on multiple occasion. read more

Food was extremely delicious, Juan and Abukar are definitely the best sandwich makers and service employees, definitely could use a raise. As soon as i walked in with my girlfriend i was greeted by the most genuine smile. You could definitely tell they enjoyed working there and service their costumers. I walked up to the counter and ordered a number 17 with lettuce, tomatoes, American cheese, bacon and ham. Even tho abukar was muslim he didnt mind servicing me some porky pork with quickness. Once i got my food i was checked on very nicely the guy even massaged my feet and played with my kids definitely best food service and food was so delicious i had to take a picture. read more

Yes, the food is good. Yes, the location is good (I did see a few complaints about the fact it's connected to DQ, but how can that ever be a bad thing?). The place is clean. Don't love that the restroom is down the hall between DQ and Jimmy John's, but I can live with that. Why they don't get more stars is that, as mentioned in previous reviews, they are not "speedy quick". It's ok if you are not in a big hurry, and it's not horrible, but they can blame the marketing guys for the fact we expected it a little faster! read more

The only thing freaky fast about this location is how much time will go by while you are in the drive-thru waiting to order. Or maybe how sick you'll feel after you finally get the food from one of the few employees all of which act as if they are working a prison cafeteria. Staff is not friendly or fast. Ehh... it's Jimmy John's. Pro's: 1) Very close access off of the freeway 2) Staff is friendly 3) Food choices are better and healthier than other typical drive-thru's 4) I like their chips! Mmmm salt & vinegar.... Con's at this location: 1) Odd location/building that shares w a Dairy Queen, so their parking lot entry/exit is kinda odd getting in -- Oh Minnesota, why do you have to have the WORST parking areas!! 2) My sandwich the other day was NOT "freaky fast". Like seriously "Four minutes Fast". I wasn't in the hugest hurry... but when your tagline is all about speed, waiting is kinda annoying. But all that said... I would much rather stop here for a sandwich, then going to one of the other fast-food places. read more

I consistently have issues at this store. Time and time again my sandwich comes missing add on items, not cut in half, they don't include napkins when I ask, and I rarely ever get a straw when I order a soda. Literally the only reason I ever bother ordering is if the weather is bad and I didn't bring lunch. I don't even feel bad making them go out in the rain when my sandwich comes wrong every single time. read more

It was what I expect from a Jimmy John's. Quick service and a good sub. They still have the best sub rolls I've found at a fast food sub shop. I wish they weren't so pricey but I find the quality worth paying the extra bit every now and again. read more

Good subs. Delivery really is freaky fast. Make sure you have exact amount for food and tip, the last 3 times I paid cash the driver has had to change. Or pay by card online. The website ordering system is great, remembers previous orders...Over all really very good but misses the mark for great because they are a bit skimpy on meat and cheese. I have ordered from here 2 times and both times they have brought one sandwich but forget the second one and it takes another 30 minutes to bring it. I do not recommend ordering from here. You are better off just making a sandwich yourself or going to subway. read more
