My rice didn't have a whole lot of flavor but it wasn't terrible. We also ordered a carne asada burrito and there wasn't a whole lot of meat in it. A plate of carnitas runs about $16, comes with tortillas, and is served very hot. K Machos makes a sensational traditional carnitas plate, and this is one of those top shelf items to try. If you want a taco salad or standard TexMex plate, then you get the good level. K Machos has a great drink menu and great drink specials. Their house marg runs $10 for the big schooner, or you can get several varieties of fruit in a frozen margarita version. Mango marg, anyone?
