My partner ordered chicken mole enchiladas and just like the diabla salsa, the mole was complex and balanced-- a good sign that extra time and effort went into them! There were other areas where Mexican restaurants sometimes cut corners, such as not using fresh lime in a margarita, but this place put in the effort to do it right!
