The employees answer the phone with a 'hello' as if they were at home. Then never can understand plain English ending in a messed up order. When inside the restaurant we get terrible service if any at all after being served the main dish. Then we wait for our ticket so long we eventually just walk up to the front to pay. Our family has had enough and unfortunately there goes yet another restaurant in this town we will not return to again. We tried so many times to help support you and your staff, but there are never any changes even after other similar reviews/ complaints have been submitted. The sauce was oily instead of creamy, and the entire dish lacked flavor. This meal was far below the quality we have previously experienced and was unacceptable for the price. Since this was a pickup order, we did not realize how poorly the food had been prepared until we got home. We are extremely disappointed because we have genuinely enjoyed Joe's in the past. He greeted us, sat us, took our order served us, bust the table next to us, my spaghetti was warm at best, so how they got the sausage so over cooked I don't know how. The ceiling had tiles that were brown with water stains and the AC vent looked like it was ready to fall out of the ceiling. Where do I put the pictures.
