They were both good portions, fresh ingredients, well seasoned and tasted really good. My husband ordered some type of chicken burrito. He's super picky about burritos. He loved his burrito. I loved his burrito. We also ordered the chips/guac/salsa and it came with queso, so bonus points for a well designed dish there. And their fizzy water fountain had milder bubbles, but wasn't flat, so we enjoyed that as well. They have rotating daily offers/specials so there's a chance to try different things. Enjoy!

Been wanting to try this place for years and years. The original location was on Kingsway. That…read morelocation closed sometime last year and they relocated to this spot on Fraser St. Walked in and immediately caught a whiff of something that smelled super delish in the air. I don't know what I was smelling, but whatever it was...I was already convinced right then and there that this place was serving up some good eats. I ordered a Quesadilla and a glass of Cinnamon Horchata. For the Quesadilla, I had an option of having it plain, or upgrading to a Chef version, or further upgrading it to a Signature version. I chose Tinga Vegetariana (vegetable medley in chipotle and adobo sauce) which was a Signature version. The food was good. I loved the tanginess of my Quesadilla. I have to admit though...the portion was kinda scanty for what they were charging. When I looked at my plate, I started to wonder whether I should order a taco to help supplement, or whether I'd just go home and munch on potato chips. Thankfully, the glass of Horchata was a very tall glass. After eating the Quesadilla, and drinking my tall glass of Horchata, I was sufficiently filled. Emphasis on the "sufficient" part. I could have definitely had more, but didn't care to blow any more money than I already had. I went home and munched on a few potato chips. Would I come back here again? The food was good, so yes...I would come back; however, I wouldn't order the Quesadilla again. I'd probably go with a Burrito, or a Burrito bowl and see whether the portions are more generous for those items than the Quesadilla portion was.

It's a healthy fast food joint with very tasty and fresh food. Today I had a Flame Grilled Chicken Burrito Bowl. Very good and quite filling. You can pick your preference of beans (Pinto or Black), your sauce and toppings. They have three different salsa sauces, and I warn to start with the medium, because their hot is super hot. It's too much for me and I like it spicy. For an extra buck you can add guacamole!! Yum! Having a brief break, I appreciate the prompt and friendly service. BONUS.....they have stamp cards so u get free stuff! Actually, I was informed today that they have an app now, like Starbucks. I haven't checked it out yet but I am hoping I can load money on it for convenance. Anyhow, if you are super hungry they have this massive burrito you can order that looks nuts, but I know a couple guys that can handle that thing. You can also get Quesadillas, Tacos (soft and hard), chips, and burritos of course. Check it out! Best fresh-fast food in the area! My only complaint is that they are only open till 9pm.

The ordering online process is great as you have the option to customize which as person with SERIOUS CILANTRO HATE is priceless. I got the notification that my order was ready like maybe 4 minutes after placing which again is a major plus because honestly who wants to wait for tacos??? So picking up the staff was friendly and I really really liked that they used proper taco takeout boxes. As frequent taco purchaser I cannot tell you how much proper packaging makes a difference when it comes to take out tacos. No big gooey mess and each taco is as perfect as it was meant to be. As a person who understands not everything has to be over the top complicated I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity of these. Just meat, spices, red onion and lime. So delicious. They may not look like much but that would be an incorrect assumption. They are fabulous, in fact the cake back the very next day even though I live over an hour away just for round 2 of these beauties.

For each option, you're able to select different toppings and sauces. The best ones we felt were the burrito and bowl. They were relatively simpler to eat and had more toppings, especially the burrito. I also really liked the pineapple salsa. The tacos were pretty messy to eat and they looked messy to begin with. My lease favorite was the quesadilla. It had the least toppings compared to the others. I wasn't sure whether it was because of the way it is shaped and the fact that they needed to pan fry it. Nonetheless it wasn't satisfying to eat. My favorite option out of the four was definitely the burrito. I loved how i was able to just sink my teeth in and taste all the different toppings at once.

On my last visit, I had the chicken bowl, topped with corn, salsa and cilantro. I decided to keep it simple. The lime, hot sauce, burrito sauce and sour cream made it flavorful. Without the sauces and lime, the rice was quite bland. Maybe they should have cilantro lime rice as an option. This time the chicken was tender and full of flavor. I think it was quite blah previously. Note: With covid, the many types of hot sauces were no longer available. Since I had it to go, I could add my own hot sauces at home.

It feels like the kind of place where regulars come for their fix of hearty, well-executed Mexican comfort food. The space is inviting without being overdone--expect warm colors, rustic touches, and an unpretentious vibe that lets the food do the talking. Service Quality Service was efficient and friendly, as you'd hope from a family-run spot. Orders were taken quickly, and food arrived without unnecessary delays. It's not the kind of place where you expect white-glove service, but the staff makes you feel welcome, which is all you really need when you're here for the food. Menu Variety The menu sticks to Mexican classics, and that's exactly what you want. From tacos to enchiladas, everything is rooted in authenticity. The selection isn't overwhelming, but it covers all the essentials--just enough to satisfy cravings without feeling like they're stretching themselves too thin. Food Presentation Mexican food isn't about intricate plating--it's about bold, inviting dishes that make you want to dig in immediately. The enchiladas came smothered in sauce and cheese, exactly as they should be, while the shrimp taco was simple but well-constructed, balancing textures and flavors. Food Taste and Quality This is the kind of food that hits the spot when you're looking for something rich, cheesy, and satisfying. The al pastor enchiladas delivered that perfect mix of smoky, savory pork with a deep, flavorful sauce, all held together by gooey cheese. Meanwhile, the shrimp taco was a lighter counterpoint--fresh, well-seasoned shrimp wrapped in a soft tortilla with just the right amount of toppings. No unnecessary frills, just good, honest Mexican food made by people who know what they're doing. Portion Sizes Generous without being excessive--just enough to leave you satisfied without regret. The enchiladas were hearty, and the taco was a nice addition without tipping the meal into being too heavy. Price and Value For the quality and portion sizes, it's absolutely worth it. This is the kind of place where you can get a solid, filling meal without breaking the bank, making it an easy go-to for those craving good Mexican food in the Lower Mainland. Overall Experience and Recommendation Si Senior Taqueria delivers exactly what it promises: comforting, well-executed Mexican food that doesn't try to be anything it's not. It's not fancy, it's not reinventing the wheel--but it doesn't need to. The flavors are there, the portions are satisfying, and the experience is reliably good. Would I be back? Absolutely.

Today the meat is cold, they were out of cilantro and nacho chips, the portion sizes were much smaller than usual and they were using Subway cups. Who is doing the ordering for this store? The problems here are managerial, not staff. Isn't product portion and presentation supposed to be standardized for cost effectiveness and so the customers know what to expect? I love Mexican food and TDM is good when it's done well, but I'm gonna start avoiding this store - the experience is just too spotty and unreliable.
