Taco Bus!!!! First off they were very friendly and pretty quick! It was super tasty! Been wanting to try this place for a while, very authentic Mexican food! I had a #7 burrito with veggies and it was very flavorful and huge! I had to save half for later. We also ordered the 6 taco plate with miss match of meat choices. The favorite was the spicy pork! Moving to Bozeman/Belgrade from Tucson, Arizona we were happy to find the Taco Bus. It is authentic as it gets in the area. You can find similar places on every corner in Tucson. It is safe and good food. This is MEXICAN FOOD, not Tex-Mex, which most Americans are used to. It is a little slice of home! Go and enjoy and support local business. Torta is pretty good. read more

I loved the Taco Bus in Powell Wyoming when I lived in Cody. Found out the owner of this one and that one are brothers. Stopped in and got my usual (2 carne asada tacos, an al pastor taco, and an al pastor quesadilla - I'm a fatty I know), and it was awesome! This place is AWESOME! There are not many authentic Mexican food places in Bozeman, and this one takes the cake so far! I always stop here when I am driving to or from the mall, and it never disappoints. I haven't gotten the same thing twice so far, I'm trying to work my way down the menu. If I'm not starving, I'll just get a taco or two, but if I am getting a big plate, I always get a full meal with rice and beans and it's all cooked to perfection. Not to mention, this place is fairly inexpensive! I have not ate there yet, however I do like that there is an option - they have a few small table and chair sets out. Awesome food. You will not find better Mexican food in this valley. Great people! I eat there once a week, sometimes twice. Generous portions, & value. I once saw a customer in front of me start to order, but he realized he had forgotten his wallet. The owner said " no problem, I've seen you in here a couple of times. You can pay next time you are happening by" Who does that anymore? I like the chicken enchiladas, & the chicken tacos, but there is a lot of stuff to choose from. Seafood, beef, steak, chicken, & 2 kinds of pork I think. You can go spicy if you want, but I like it mild, so I can taste the different flavors. They have some neat industrial type indoor seating in the front half of the huge bus, & picnic tables outside. Can't say enough about these guys. There is 1 competitor in the valley that comes close, but if these guys had a place in Bozeman as well, I would skip the other guys for the taco bus. My fear is they will get so busy that it will be difficult to get in & out quick, but I want them to stick around so I am telling the world. ;0) read more

It's a little hard to get to depending on where they park, but it's the closest to authentic I've had in Montana.

Stopped in yesterday. Ordered chile relleno and a pastor burrito. Instead of a chile relleno I received an omelet with a pepper in the middle. The burrito was fair at best. I believe next time I'll look elsewhere. read more
