Great food! I always get the crispy pork taco combo and it's great, hot and fresh every time

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was craving tacos and this place had good reviews. This bus is located about 1 mile from the new Amazon building on the corner. I ordered the 3 taco (carne asada) plate for $15.00. This came with rice, beans, and prepackaged salsa. The rice and beans were tasty and well seasoned and I appreciated the pickled carrots that added a palate cleanser to the dish. As for the tacos, they were filled with meat, onions and cilantro. The meat was a little greasy, but had good flavor with the addition of the green salsa. The tortillas were a little tender and tended to break when you tried to pick them up, but they provided silverware to make it easier to eat. For what you get, this was a good buy. read more

The name alone is enough to make you smile - and the food will keep that smile going strong. This place was wonderfully delicious - felt very authentic, and also quite affordable at only $3.50 per shrimp taco - which, mind you, were wonderfully satisfying. Each one generously coated with chopped onion and cilantro, garnished with a hefty hot pepper and carrots - and a double tortilla for each one to keep all that deliciousness contained. Shrimp were cooked to perfection - juicy yet not too messy. Plenty of benchtop seating right outside the bus - and the perfect stop right nearby the airport on your way to wherever you're off to thereafter. Took a large group of 12 boys there for a bachelor party and they treated us like kings. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite that won't break the bank! read more

If you're looking up this review because you're near Belgrade and craving tacos as much as I am, get in your car. Taco Bus has some of my favorite tacos in the area. Not only are they delicious, you don't have to pay an outrageous amount of money for them either. It's your average side-of-the-road food truck experience. Walk up the steps to order, sit and wait, grab your food and eat it in five minutes. If you sit at the tables in front, it does get a little noisy with the cars driving by but it has never been obnoxious by any means. The food is worth it. We've been to a few taco trucks around town and this is by far our favorite. Depending on the day, we also like to order the special taco plate that comes with 6 tacos with the meat of your choice. It's a great deal! My go-to options here are the carne asada, al pastor and carnitas. Each of them equally tasty. The only downside is they use pre-made salsa packets instead of homemade salsa. My husband is a big fan of anything carne asada - tacos, burritos, chimichangas...you name it. And, no matter his choice of the day, he always enjoys his meal. Especially when it comes with a large horchata. If carne asada fries were on the menu, we'd probably be counted as two of their most frequent customers. read more

This is a great Taco Bus stop. Just off the Interstate. Easy to park, picnic tables. Super friendly service. The burritos are very large enough for the 2nd meal. Veggie tacos - totally freshly grilled veggies and delicious corn tortillas. I live in Southern California replete with Mexican food and food trucks. OK..... Heard from a friend that today was national taco day so I went in search of some good Mexican food. I looked no further than Yelp itself who steered me to the Taco Bus. We got there around dinner time and it was definitely a long line for ordering. I was definitely expecting a lot more based on the reviews and the amount of people waiting in line. The best taco bus in the Bozeman area, there are many, but this one is the best. Large generous portions and a great variety, there's usually a line up at lunch and dinner but moves along pretty fast. I love the sweet hot chicken and the shredded beef tacos are to die for. Authentic and a covered seating area with shade are nice. You choose between corn or flour tortillas, usually it's enough food to share with someone else or you can save the other half for later because it's so much food. read more

Spice level was medium, imo. Easy to order inside the bus. We took ours home but others ate on the picnic tables outside the bus. read more

A gem of a place for a lunch right on the route between big sky and the airport. Will make is a regular occurrence on my trips! Picked up three chicken tacos for lunch which was plenty for me (with other specials for 6 tacos for $12). Quality of the food exceeded expectations, and clearly the word is out as it was hopping on a Thursday lunch. It took a bit longer (15-20 min) to get food because I got in after order for about 20-25 people, but staff were friendly and did apologize for the long wait. read more

This was a surprise . I seen taco trucks , but a taco bus is a first . I ordered "Torta al pastor" with everything but onions. The meat was right on point as far as seasoning . The portion size was pretty good. Buns were not small . They weren't HUGE but they required 2 hands to bite it. I feel as if there were ingredients lacking . No tomatoes , only lettuce and mayo and the actual meat. In my opinion it could be packed more for a dollar more . Overall it was good. We are in Montana after all and having a taco bus itself it's a blessing . Otherwise I would be eating burgers and fries . read more

I grew up in San Diego and living in Montana, good Mexican food is hard to find... until now!! This place is SOOO GOOODDDD!!!! My fiancée and I each got the 6 for $11 taco plate. I got 2 picadillo (shredded beef), 2 steak (asada) and 2 chicken (pollo); my fiancée got 3 steak and three shredded beef. It came on a large plate, each had 2 hot sauce/salsas I asked for, plus a little pile of hot carrots and a grilled pepper! Freaking DELICIOUS!! We will definitely be back! read more

First things first -- this restaurant in NOT in Belgrade. It's now in Big Sky, off Rte. 64, next to the Ace Hardware. But it's still superlative food at a great value.
