Went there as a change of plans for dinner. The parking was abundant but the paths to the bus were muddy beyond belief. Ordered the carne asada burrito and got the tacos dinner plate for my wife. The service was very quick and the food was delicious. I would definitely go back there. Well done.

The only REAL Mexican food in Montana. I travel a very long time to grab meals from them.

Noticed the new food truck in town so we decided to give them a try. They were very busy, 8 orders ahead of us, so there was a little wait. It felt like the appropriate amount of time to be expected in that situation. The service was efficient. We found our meals were mediocre flavor wise. The servings were very large which is always great. I had the Chili Relleno Combo. The poblano was quite large and cooked appropriately, very tender. Unfortunately I did get a mouthful of the woody stem that was not removed. It was generously stuffed with melty queso fresco, battered and fried with a very egg forward thick breading and wasn't overly greasy, then topped with rojo sauce. However the entire compilation was mostly bland, zero seasoning. Also I found the accompanying chopped iceberg lettuce unnecessary, but the accompanying warm flour tortillas were absolutely fantastic!! They looked too large to be handmade, but tasted handmade. Very, very good. I filled them with Spanish rice. Yum! My husband had the carne asada street taco combo. He thought they were pretty good. Very generously filled tacos. The meat was moist and tender, topped with very fresh pico de gallo, but he did need to add salt. Served in double layer, warm, soft corn tortillas. We both found the refried beans to be a good consistency and had a little melty shredded cheese on top. Again, they were very, very bland. We were really missing some seasoning. The Spanish rice was pretty good. Perfectly cooked rice, and nice and flavorful. It was the item I liked the best in the combos. The condiments provided were 1 verde sauce, delicious! And 1 rojo sauce, which I can only describe as a chili powder sauce, because that's all we could taste. Neither of us liked it at all. Overall we may give this place a second chance to try some of the other menu items. I just hope we get a little more spices and flavor next time.

Meat is always dry to a charcoal state and the employees are not very friendly. Too high priced for the quality of food.

I ordered the 3 taco (carne asada) plate for $15.00. This came with rice, beans, and prepackaged salsa. The rice and beans were tasty and well seasoned and I appreciated the pickled carrots that added a palate cleanser to the dish. As for the tacos, they were filled with meat, onions and cilantro. The meat was a little greasy, but had good flavor with the addition of the green salsa. The tortillas were a little tender and tended to break when you tried to pick them up, but they provided silverware to make it easier to eat. For what you get, this was a good buy.

Each one generously coated with chopped onion and cilantro, garnished with a hefty hot pepper and carrots - and a double tortilla for each one to keep all that deliciousness contained. Shrimp were cooked to perfection - juicy yet not too messy. Plenty of benchtop seating right outside the bus - and the perfect stop right nearby the airport on your way to wherever you're off to thereafter. Took a large group of 12 boys there for a bachelor party and they treated us like kings. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite that won't break the bank!
