So, my older sister was in town and she asked for some Taco Bell, and straight away, I took her to this one. The food is amazing, the meat is perfectly seasoned and everything was amazing. Service was amazing, they got exactly our orders and were so kind. Ambiance was an amazing vibe for a Taco Bell. I don't know why this is place is only 1 1/2 stars. This is my first time with this location. I must say first, though: The nonsensical review that says just because this is a Taco Bell, you shouldn't expect anything above subpar, should truly reevaluate their entire lives. No matter where you go, you should absolutely expect quality. To say otherwise is childish and obviously coming from a lazy person. Now, for my opinion of this location. We did an online order that totaled $49.56. With that, I just fed 7 people. Not too shabby. Our wait wasn't anything out of the ordinary for an order as large as ours was. We drove home, and I immediately went through the bags to start separating each person's portion. There was only 1 mistake in the 26 items we ordered. Instead of chicken in our chorizo, we got beef. It was minor enough for the person eating it to not want to complain, so I let it slide, too. However, just in case someone needs the reminder: When you pay money for a service or a product, please don't stoop to the mindset that you shouldn't receive what you paid for. That only encourages bad practices. This Taco Bell location did a decent job, today. So, as long as they continue with this level of service, we will continue to give them our money. I ordered using a their party delivery services. I asked for 6 packets of mild sauce. I received my order with no sauce packets. I call Taco Bell they confirm that there should have been 6 but "things happen"....I call the 3rd party delivery service and get a new order but they again forgot my 6 mild sauce packets. I dislike this Taco Bell the staff are rude, the body language tells you they don't want to do their job. In a rush before a theatre performance we stopped in to this Taco Bell location for a quick bite. The day caught up to us and the only dinner we might have was this one. Hungry ... looking at the long car line thru the drive thru, it was decided to just go in. Hoping it would be faster. WRONG. On a family road trip and stopped here off the highway. I've never had worse tacos in my life. Drive through took 15 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of us. I ordered a supreme and didn't get any tomatoes. I asked for extra sour cream (and paid for extra) and barely got any, barely any meat in my tacos, didn't give me the sauce i asked for, AND the shells were stale. This place continues to make mistakes on 80% of the orders I place here or does a terrible job putting it together. I've walked inside once and waited for over ten minutes and still wasn't served while waiting at the counter. Nobody even acknowledged my existence. The poor people who must've ordered in front of me must've been wondering what I'd do, as they kept looking at me while I was waiting. I simply walked out. I've ordered breakfast here before only to get the wrong order and a crunch wrap that has fallen apart as soon as I've gotten it out. They've tried to charge me more for a happy hour drink twice. It's Taco Bell, and I love Taco Bell! I worked at a Taco Bell for 8 years of my life. Got me through high school and college and I still love. This one is pretty good in my opinion...always relatively clean for a fast food restaurant and they have gotten my order right 99% of the time...which I understand should be 100%, but it's a fast food restaurant and you are paying for what you get! On top of getting my order correct they seem to do well with the portions and don't skimp on things that are supposed to be included in your order. Made a mobile order tonight. 3 things from the dollar menu, 4 cinnamon twists and a taco party pack (12 tacos with no lettuce). My husband got home, no tacos a one missing cinnamon twist. I called them, they said they would give me a credit for the tacos. I said well, that's dinner so I have to send him back. I specifically asked if they needed to know what the order was since we asked for no lettuce. She stated no, they had it. I sent my husband all the way back to pick it up, he gets home, oh look, lettuce on all the tacos. My kids won't eat lettuce! Why?! It was a MOBILE order. Everything was listed out. I told them no take the pizza meals off my bill. They told me I was being rude for not taking their "sorry" one more time. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. We've gone here several times since moving to Winchester 8 months ago. The drive thru orders have never been right. Food is soggy, and tastes and feels as if it were made two weeks ago. Usually takes a long time and you don't ever get a receipt. I think they do that on purpose since they just throw whatever they feel like into the bag instead of what you order.
