The manager finally found my order her response was I came in at 5 they didn't tell me about the order it's not my fault!! She then said well I guess so can work on it but don't think I will have everything to complete the order and we are busy so will prob be an hour!!! No I am sorry no nothing. Terrible customer service they really put me in a bind. I had 20 people waiting on me and Jucys did not seem to care one bit Papacitas saved the day and started on it the second I called and had it ready in 15 minutes!!
