The past couple of times I went to the drive through at the Wenatchee store I have been treated so rudely by a woman taking my order. She couldn't hear me and was talking over me. She messed up the order. I asked her for her name and she WOULD NOT GIVE IT! I asked for a manger and she smugly said I AM ONE OF THE MANAGERS! I asked her why she treated me that way and she said 'have a nice day and slammed the window shut'! It's the principle of customer service. I will be letting corporate know. On July 2, 2025 I decided to go to this Taco Bell again and see if there customer serviced had changed. I started having problems with there Kiosk again and a nice associate took my order. When it came time to pay, I was going to use my E-Gift card. The associate was not sure how to manually put the E-Gift card into the register. The associate went over to his manager, to explain the situation. The women manager did NOT speak English. The women manager took my E-Gift card from the associate and walked into her office. The women manager was in her office for five minutes, then reappeared and told the associate , they could only accept this form of payment, through the App. I explained to the women manager, I did not have a smart phone, nor was it required to use the E-Gift card. The women manager continued arguing and getting mad at the associate and when I tried to talk to her, she would not listen or look at me. The associate apologized for not being able to help me. I told him I understood and it wasn't his fault. However, this women should not be a manger. ENGLISH is the first language in America! If you want to be a manager, learn English. I don't know what this women manager would do, if there was no associate there, to translate for her. I will NEVER go here again. read more

I was constantly getting ripped off on my orders. I would order a burrito and add extra ingredients which I had to pay for mind you, but everytime I was getting the original menu item no extra ingredients. I kept my receipts and asked their manager about it on multiple occasions, but she told me every time that they made the food to order, which is false. So I called Taco Bell corporate to inform them of the issue, they reimbursed me on almost every item since I still had the receipt and gave me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. But now the manager has banned me from going back to "her" restaurant, they refuse to take my order and tell me if I do not leave they will call the cops. I haven't been back to their establishment in 4 months. I do not miss the intolerable treatment from the staff, and paying for extra items without receiving them. This T-Bell has yet to let me down. As with any other Taco Bell in the nation, everything here is pretty standard. They are fast and very efficient, especially at the drive-thru. I have never had any items missing from my order. So, that's pretty promising. And I've never been sick from my orders here, so that's a definite plus. I usually like to get the Cravings Deal for $6. This option is pretty cheap and comes with quite a few options. A taco, cinnamon twists, a chalupa crunch, a burrito, and a drink. The protein is classic Taco Bell ground beef. I recently tried the new grande Taco Bell fries. The fries are nothing special. But, they taste pretty decent with T-Bell nacho cheese and some toppings (tomatoes, sour cream, etc). It's always sticky and gross by the soda machine in the dinning area. But Service is always fast and never any mess ups on my orders, whether it's drive thru or dine in. Although the presentation of the food isn't always promising, today I got the nacho fries box with the drive thru. First off, My Doritos loco taco shell was falling apart before I even opened it. Not to mention there was hardly any meat or cheese in it, it was mostly filled with lettuce. As for the fries, they were soft and mushy, I personally like my fries crispy. And The season on those fries was powerful, too much for my liking. Let's just say that was my last time buying those fries. While a lot of Taco bell food is simply slop containing mystery meat rated unsuitable for human consumption, the AM Crunch wrap is actually pretty tasty, easy to hold in one hand and eat, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. (although you can't discount the possibility it might contain one or the other.) I stopped eating at Taco bell a long time ago in an effort to be more proactive with my diet and actually eat food meant for humans but I have to admit the AM Crunch wrap has me back on the rare occasion my stomach over rules my brain. read more

One of the worst Taco Bell's I have ever been to. I ordered 1 bean burrito with extra onions and sour cream and 3 taco Supreme. Some how they lost my order and also the customer behind me. Twice they said our orders would be right up and yet 3 others after us got their orders before we did. It took more than 15 minutes to get my order. I will not be going back to this restaurant again. We waited at the counter just to be told we had to place our order at the kiosk. Only problem is, the kiosk doesn't offer everything on the menu. (The last time this happened the employee tried to use the kiosk to place our order and they couldn't even do it.) So after trying to use the kiosk we had to tell the employee that the kiosk didn't have the menu items we wanted. The employee said "ok I guess I have time to take your order." Then our tacos had beef in them even though we requested beans instead. Then the person who took our order gave us medium cups instead of large. Apparently they were out of large cups but we weren't told they were out. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the employee gave us an extra cup apparently to make up for the lack of large cups. I would suggest you pay an employee to take care of customers at the counter. Not everyone can operate a kiosk and the kiosks don't even have everything on the menu. OK, I know this is Taco Bell, but WTH. This is my quicky meal since I can eat the bean burrito while driving, but since they have remodeled this place the food sucks. It meat is very greasy and drips out of anything you order. They can't wrap a burrito properly, all the stuffing falls out the bottom because its open. And, they drown the nachos in cheese. How about adding a little more meat and beans? But, the worst thing of all is that they can't seem to get the orders straight. I recently ordered a burrito supreme meal, no sour cream. The burrito supreme has never had onions so I don't worry about telling them not to put any in. My burrito had so many onions in it it was inedible and all the stuffing was falling out the bottom as I bit into it. I took it back to them and they remade it for me, no questions asked. When I got it back it was brimming with sour cream, which it was not supposed to have. I re-wrapped it, put it in the bag and gave it to the girl at the register. When she took it I said "nice try, maybe next time, this was the second attempt". I walked out. This is not the first time this has happened. The food is good, they never really make mistakes with my orders & if they do they fix it right away. The issue I have is with some employees there are very rude. most times at the drive through I get this girl who always seems to have something bothering her, she's super rude to customers who literally don't do anything to her- which is why I avoid the drive through now. Employees argue with each other constantly while people can clearly hear it which is very unprofessional. An older woman, I'm not sure if she's the manager or something is very rude as well, she's always yelling at other employees. They're not very good with keeping eating areas clean- I almost always have to clean my table. Overall the service is okay. They can definitely be more professional & not being out their anger on customers. I haven't gone in a few months and I mostly try to avoid doing so unless I have cravings for a freezer or something. read more

Went there and ordered the Naked Chicken meal and some chalupas thru the drive thru. When I got home the naked chicken was missing and all of the chalupas and Doritos taco was crammed in the bag. The taco was soggy beyond recognition. When I called the store they wanted me to bring it all back....that sort of defeats the purpose of the convenience of drive thru. The manager was very rude and explained that new owners will only let him replace the naked chicken. I never went back to get my chicken I figure they need the $ more than me.
