There are 4 cars (workers) and one that arrived on a bike. But somehow the wait time for 3 cars in the drive thru was over 45 minutes. Workers don't even take your order.. it's an automated recording... so if they only have to make the food and not take any orders, what takes so long? They've added an Ai assistant to take your order. It didn't understand what I was asking for because it isn't a human. I didn't have the exact wording of what I wanted and the actual worker had to fix the order on the screen. What a lazy way to reduce labor. No blame to the staff-- just Taco Bell-- remove your dumb Ai. Or order perfectly and rehearse your order before you're at the window so you aren't pissed off yelling at a robot. read more

Parking is terrible. The drive thru is only for small compacts. I watched so many SUV's and service trucks turn around in the parking lot and leave. Also the Crunchy Taco was so spicy that it burned the back of my throat. Won't be back. Too difficult to park and the app did not work from the parking lot to place an order. Before the dirty soda came back, a few months ago I was obsessed with their creamer and I know they still have it they use it for coffees and freezes, so obviously I ask if they can still add creamer to my Baja blast because it's really good. The lady an older Hispanic woman looked so irritated and annoyed at my request and told me that she wouldn't do it again after this one time.. I came back and asked her do it and she said no it's discontinued and I told her it's just creamer can you give it to me on the side and she was being so rude about it. she acting like it comes out of her paycheck , all she does is pump 2-3 pumps of creamer and add soda, one extra step. Lazy and rude, anyways so when the dirty sodas came back best believe I went to give her a smug look since she swears it was discontinued!! Solid Taco Bell location, I'll come to the drive through for a midnight snack and they always get my order right. They just started using some computer system for the drive through speaker rather than just talking to one of the employees working. I'm sure it's easier on the employees, especially late at night when there are less people working, but they really need to get that dialed in because I was talking to some AI for like 5 minutes and it still didn't get my order right. An employee had to get on the speaker eventually and clarified everything in 2 seconds. Still good fast food but beware the long lines at night. read more

My children likes Taco Bell and I do too. I was there on March 20 -Friday around 6:40pm to pick up a mobile order. I know this date because we are going to my son's music play. I waited for 10 minutes but that's ok. But there are 2 order that came first and nobody is picking up. My order came next but I turn it around so they could see I have a soda to pick up. A lady talks in Spanish and a guy from the drive thru gave me an empty cup. And told me blue Baja is out and is coming soon. He gave a filled cup to the male customer before but gave me an empty cup. I got the cantina chicken crispy taco, the breakfast crunchwrap and the breakfast burrito. The crispy taco when i opened it was smashed, however this still ended up being the best one. I had a bite or two from the others but not good, the crunchwrap was barely edible. The crunchwrap was like empty filling and hard chewy tortilla. It was weird. Will always have a special place in my heart for Taco Bell, top 2 fast foods for sure! This review is mostly about the service I received this morning. I had a large breakfast order to bring into my office of about 20 people. The woman who took my order was visibly frustrated typing in my order on her computer, and when I asked approximately how long it would take to be completed, she said "I have no idea it's a large order." Management, assumingly corporate (mentioning remodeling to other customers), was speaking rather unkindly to their employees. Passive aggressive comments, and the like. Made myself and the other guests uncomfortable. They werent loud or argumentative, but the rude way in which they were speaking to their workers created a tension in the store that felt uneasy. My food is always good from here though. Always well made, and they really are quick! Just be polite (where are people's manners?) about when theres a mistake, theyre totally helpful! POOR EXAMPLE!! My last 3 visits have been bad but all 3 have a common issue. They will get the food done on time but they make you wait long just to look at you as you wait, just cause! Don't believe me? Try the drive thru and say "can i get one minute please" You will be waiting forever at the window!!!
