Before the dirty soda came back, a few months ago I was obsessed with their creamer and I know they still have it they use it for coffees and freezes, so obviously I ask if they can still add creamer to my Baja blast because it's really good. They've added an Ai assistant to take your order. It didn't understand what I was asking for because it isn't a human. I didn't have the exact wording of what I wanted and the actual worker had to fix the order on the screen. What a lazy way to reduce labor. My children likes Taco Bell and I do too. I was there on March 20 -Friday around 6:40pm to pick up a mobile order. I know this date because we are going to my son's music play. Solid Taco Bell location, I'll come to the drive through for a midnight snack and they always get my order right. They just started using some computer system for the drive through speaker rather than just talking to one of the employees working. I'm sure it's easier on the employees, especially late at night when there are less people working, but they really need to get that dialed in because I was talking to some AI for like 5 minutes and it still didn't get my order right. An employee had to get on the speaker eventually and clarified everything in 2 seconds. Still good fast food but beware the long lines at night. read more

I had a large breakfast order to bring into my office of about 20 people. The woman who took my order was visibly frustrated typing in my order on her computer, and when I asked approximately how long it would take to be completed, she said "I have no idea it's a large order." Management, assumingly corporate (mentioning remodeling to other customers), was speaking rather unkindly to their employees. Passive aggressive comments, and the like. Made myself and the other guests uncomfortable. They werent loud or argumentative, but the rude way in which they were speaking to their workers created a tension in the store that felt uneasy. My food is always good from here though. Always well made, and they really are quick! Just be polite (where are people's manners?) about when theres a mistake, theyre totally helpful! They have an automated system for ordering in the drive-thru instead of speaking to an actual employee. You're in for a real treat if for some reason it gets an item wrong while you're ordering because trying to fix the mistake is almost impossible. The AI ordering doesn't understanding anything beyond the simple straightforward requests so if it messes up and tries to fix it, it'll only further the confusion by getting it even more incorrect. Finally I had it and went to the window to make sure it was correct, which surprise it was not, and then am met with frustration and attitude from the employees because they now have to work a little harder to fix the mistake. Must be frustrating for them, but I don't want to hear you complaining in the back about having to correct my order and essentially blaming me for the computers trash system. The automated ordering will simply keep me away from this Taco Bell. Yikes. read more

I don't know what to say. I am perplexed. So I waited a long time in drive thru which is fine. When I was just about to get to pull to the window to pay, the car in front of me stopped for a bit.
