I've been to a lot of Taco Bells. Today experience while traveling was absolutely top notch. The staff was incredible. Food was on point and even looked great! It appears that they actually care at this store! Kimber noticed I had been waiting for a few minutes. She asked what I had, I told her a mobile order. I inadvertently used the wrong location in the app. She took my order and was a pleasure to deal with. Another staff member handled another task for me and she was equally as helpful. A complete waste of time. I ordered $18 of food. Got home with $40 worth of food with all, but one item that I would eat. So the next day, I go back to Taco Bell and bring the wrong food back. Show them my proof of purchase . The manager was nice and redid my order. Guess what? It was wrong a second time. Tried calling and got a recording saying they weren't going to answer the phone. Pretty fast for the overwhelming number of cars in drive thru and people inside!! May be the busiest Taco Bell I've been to other than parkdale mall! This location was clean and had napkins and sauces stocked on the counter! Don't forget your spork! Try the new rolled tacos! My hubby got them and loved them! Pulled up late one night with a truck that couldn't fit thru the drive thru and Brandi and Gabriel were more than happy to help out and were able to get us our order anyway. Stopped here on a road trip. It's very convenient when driving on I-10. I ordered the 7-layer burrito, and I make a lot of substitutions, but they got the order perfectly. And it was the best 7-layer burrito I've ever had! They also had very clean bathrooms. read more

One of my favorite places to get something good for lunch or an early dinner. Service is wonderful and they are very good with the many options I ask for with whatever I order. Service is quick and the person taking my order is always pleasant and very nice. I have never had a problem with my order either going in or ordering at the window. Prices are reasonable and they always have something new on the menu every time I go. read more

If you're going through the drive through, be prepared to wait sometimes over an hour only to find out they've gotten your order wrong and slopped sour cream on everything. It's happened multiple times at this location. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Whoever works the mic on the night of June 3, 2017 is a real smart ass and really rude. Just tried ordering food and got the most unresponsive and unprofessional assistance I've ever gotten. But I guess you can't expect much from a cheap fast food joint. Usually love the food and service but as of late it's been horrible. They have a real problem with getting orders right. I'm sure the problems start with the leadership, I hope it can be fixed soon. I look forward to better experiences there in the future. But until then I won't recommend them to anyone. read more

Absolutely ridiculous to sit and wait in your car 20+ minutes and pay $6 for a steak burrito, that is chicken and everything you said you didn't want on it. Needs more workers at night, or close the doors! They don't listen to your order, and they interrupt you in the middle of your order. They sit around and have a conversation instead of paying attention to people's orders and the people sitting in line. read more
