First of all we waited and waited for a server to come. Our server waited on other tables before waiting on us. Once we placed our orders ( i ordered two eggs, toast and bacon and my brother ordered pancakes with banana pudding etc.) A pretty simple and quick order. Forty some minutes later, we still did not have our food, let a lone a glass of milk for my brother. Finally our server came to our table and told us that our food had not even been started. He had no idea as to where my slip for my order was and that my brother's order was not yet started. My brother has Parkinson's, and it is important to keep his food routine on a timely schedule. We were told that we could leave, no charge for us as we did not get out food. We left without getting any food or bring compensated for our time and long wait. I am really upset that we were treated so badly. I gave my server my name and phone number, expecting a written apology along with a coupon for another dinner. As of 24 hours later, not a response from Bob Evans. This is extremely sad. I had expected move from you.

We waited for 45 min, our food wasn't coming. Usually salad comes first before the meal. We waited. Nothing! Finally the young guy comes over; says he got distracted and forgot to put our order in. He kept walking past us to serve other customers. How did he not see us? He told us he is going to submit our order now. To wait another 40 minutes for our food? Heck no! We got up and walked out. A lady was there that's asked us how we're doing but she seemed to be a front lady so we didn't ask her any questions. This place is a joke. The place wasn't busy, busy. That young guy seems lazy too. He was snapping at the front lady too. He's telling her I don't need anymore people, seat them elsewhere. Saying that, in front of people coming in. What manager is gonna allow someone like that; to serve people. That's if he is going to serve them. Horrible service!! Go elsewhere. I'm sure other restaurants would treat their customers with respect. The one star is for the front lady.

You don't expect a lot from fast food. You do,though, expect it to be timely, hot, and edible…read more Alas, this particular Wendy's doesn't know this. I tried them out early this year and did not have a good experience but i let it go. I do try to give local places a second try as anyone/any business can have a bad day. Unfortunately, i had an even worse experience recently. Earlier this week, i ordered from Doordash. I noticed the food was taking longer than the usual order but let it go. Quite a while later, my Doordash delivery driver Shane knocked on the door to give me food. Normally they just leave it at the door but he warned the food may be cold and talked about his experience. Now i want to preface this by saying Shane has delivered quite a large number of Doordash orders to my house. Its a small town so not surprising you see the same names again and again. He said that they made him wait for his order and took care of all the other drive thru customers that came after him first. They did this simply because they are measured on those customers and not Doordash. Not sure where he got this info, but i saw red when I heard this. When they came and gave the food, they realized they missed on on the burgers ordered. So he had to wait for them to make it and bring it out... only to then realize they also forgot to get my iced vanilla latte. I tried the food... would you be surprised it was cold? Food was inedible... as per mom her chili was watery and cold. Her baked potato was awful. I could go on. The worst was the iced coffee. It tasted like someone rushed and grabbed some old coffee they had brewed and then put ice in it. Its a shame really because i do like the brands baconator and spicy nuggets.
