every time I come to this Taco Bell they always messed up my order or misunderstand me and I have to correct them at the window. Specifically today I ordered my food the lady that's always at the window which is supposedly the manager didn't hear me when I said I wanted a chicken quesadilla, so i didn't get that. I wanted a grilled chicken cheese burrito with Cantina chicken instead; she gave me a cantina chicken burrito instead. After I placed my order she didn't even respond back... I had to ask "did you get all that" she did not. which was surprising because after I literally placed my first order which was the burrito she asked me right away is that all. Her attitude is always dry and rude they didn't even ask me if I wanted sauce, and they didn't even season my husband's cinnamon twists with cinnamon seasoning it just taste like oil Styrofoam, the only reason I keep coming here is because I'm pregnant and crave it but that was my last straw I'm done coming to this place. read more

Taco Bell - "cinnamon" twists - Fast Food Near Me - Thurmont, Maryland

They legitimately told me if I wanted to have a good experience to go to the Frederick location. They don't take the mobile app. There's one friendly man that works here and the women are so hostile. If you order inside they just throw unmarked food on the counter and if you ask them who belongs to they freak out. read more

ordered Crunchwrap, burritos and nachos and chalupa supreme, we came home checked the bag and as always we didn't get all of our food in the bag, my husband went back to store to get the missing food, their employees arguing with us that you got all the food in the bag! Are u kidding me? Like we lied just for 2 burritos??!!! Instead of apologizing. And this was not their first time! I have never got the whole food in my bag!!!! Horrible customer service and their nachos smells like the tortilla chips were from 100 years ago!!!!! read more

You guys forgot an entire part of our order, and both the chips and cinnamon twists tasted like old oil. Get it together.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Food/ service and the workers alone have attitudes and hate their life. Wouldn't recommend this place if it were the last Taco Bell on the planet. read more

I hate to leave a negative review because businesses are struggling generally since the pandemic, but I want to warn people of color--my Hispanic husband was seated beside me in the passenger seat as we were going through the drive thru, and he got sneers and a look of disgust from the cashier. She was nice to me until she saw my husband (I'm white). read more

Yes, I am rating the Taco Bell in Thurmont MD. Yes, this was one of the strangest fast food ordering experiences we have had in a long time. First of all, I have never seen a menu this large and this confusing. So confusing that we ended up with an extra burrito in our bag. No clue that we had ordered it. Also, the young man taking our order repeated it back to us with the strangest inflection. If you recall the old SNL skit "making copies" (Rob Schneider), you should go to this Taco Bell. He has the shtick down pat, but it really isn't necessary in a fast food joint. Nice kid, but just a bit more than I was expecting. Three stars because the food was fine.....it's Taco Bell. read more

This is the absolute SLOWEST Taco Bell/KFC on the planet!!!!!! 20 plus minutes just to get some Coleslaw in the drive thru and it has been like this every time I have come here!! read more

Not so good. The tacos were pretty good but the nachos tasted like they had been cooked in the same grease for about a year. I couldn't eat them. Considering that most restaurants are still disinfecting tables between customers, it was pretty dirty. read more

New on the outside, filthy on the inside.. the kitchen is gag a maggot disgusting looking. I am amazed people aren't getting sick.. maybe they are? Either way proceed with caution folks! read more

Couldn't even eat the food it was so bad the burrito was so soggy it was practically dripping

Taco is my favorite fast food because the people are nice the tacos and quesadilla are delicious. That is why I love taco bell

The incompetence is unbelievable. I've never been handed a correct order. And the employees do not care. The attitude is outrageous. I'm so so sorry you messed up my order, again. read more

I went here once and I'm never coming back. The floor, booths, tables, and chairs were covered with grease. Lights were out and it had a ghetto feel to it. It is known as the worst restaurant in thurmont. Everyone who has failed at other local businesses works here now read more

Yeah, just your standard Taco Bell, but it is certainly a nice change from the many hamburger joints in the area. Their "hot" taco sauce is a lie. But the burrito supreme is tasty. The tacos are kind of bland. But most of their food is satisfactory for fast food. The interior of the TB is industrial and sterile. For fast take out, TB is still good. I only wish Thurmont, or some place local, had a actual Mexican resturant. read more

I love taco bell but this store needs a serious cleaning and sanitizing. The restroom was disgusting with urine on the floor.

Service was slow and they forgot part of my order. It's been almost a year since I stopped here last and I see that the service has not improved. I won't be back anytime soon. read more

My kids love this Taco Bell. Never a problem. Always have an active lobby person. Always very friendly and my food is excellent.

Again. Incorrect order. Wanted a three piece thigh with mash and no gravy and Mac and cheese. Did not get the right prices of chicken and no Mac and Cheese. I give up. read more

Food's skimpy made... Bathroom needs updated or cleaned thoroughly, I love tacos, but try my best not to eat at this restaurant. read more

Went here for dinner (drive thru) and not carbonation for the soda. We order steak quesadillas, but there was no steak. Asked for mild and fire hot sauce and got no fire...by fair the least prepared tacobell in the area...How do you run out of CARBONATION?!?! read more

I wish I could give this poor excuse for "fast food" a negative one star rating. After waiting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. I was handed cold food. This is the third time in a row we have waited an excessive amount of time for substandard TB food. Don't bother waiting, go across the street to McDs or Roy Rogers. From now on I know I will. read more

Super slow. I've ordered extra sour cream on things twice now and I've gotten no sour cream at all. Terrible. My crunch wrap had nothing on one side at all because it all slid to the other side. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. read more

Every time I order tacos here they are always awful, messed up, or just not in the bag, go to McDonald's across the street

I cant speak for other items be the so called "beefy" dorito buttito had very little meat. Being called beefy l expected more than a teaspoon of meat. It was mostly rice. Maybe Taco Bell thinks rice is a meat. I should have gone across to the McDonalds read more

It would make more sense to drive out to Frederick or Westminster and avoid this place completely. More often than not they're out of multiple menu items, the staff always seems like they're brand new, and it doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive thru you're going to wait 20 to 30 minutes. read more

I have YET to go through the drive through that something is not forgotten. We pay for the food but don't receive it. We even have learned to ask, "Are you sure everything is in the bag?" They look and reply, "Yup!". But nope, NEVER. So if you like buying food you don't receive, this is a great place to go! Because guaranteed, you will be missing something in the order!!! We can turn around and go get it, but I would think they would get it right the first time. read more

i asked for water & instead of a tiny little dixie cup they gave me a cup meant for soda and filled it with water. best people ever

This place needs to shut down, There have been no improvements in 20 years. Stopped in for a quick 8 pc. chicken and it took 22 min. to get it to me. 3 different employees worked and stopped working on it. I asked the cashier if she could hand me the bucket that was just sitting there she said they were short staffed and would not help; even though she was just standing there doing nothing. The girl who started to fill my order stopped half way through and went to the drive in to talk to that employee. When I finally got someone to bring it to the counter, I complained to the guy and he simply stated that this was not his store and walked away. Why did I even bother, I should have known better than to stop there. There is no sense in saying something to the manager, nothing comes of it, the best thing to do is stay away from there. read more

All about times, not customer service.Always forgetting sauces I request, forgetting items I ordered, I'll order two of something and only pay for and get one.Not the worst place but definitely needs work! read more
