It is a fast food restaurant that always gets your order correct. Their is a new Doritos Locos Tacos with a combo meal for a slight increase in price. I always like their soft Tacos or Burritos or Chaluppas. The most important is their spicy sauces makes them more yummy. I go and eat at Taco Bell few times a month. It is a best place for a late night quick bite. Great service at the drive thru window and inside too. The inside stays pretty clean, although they are a little slow inside sometimes. The Steak and Pablano rolled quesadilla didn't have any of the spicy ranch sauce inside and is just a small, overpriced, wannabe burrito . The double cheesey beef burrito didn't have any cheese sauce inside and was dry as can be. This TACO BELL IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Service is horrible!!!!! I've given this place 4 tries before giving a review. I work nights and I get how stressful it can be to have a late night crowd but when your website says you are open until 4am M-Saturday, you should be open when I pull up at 1:00 on a Saturday. I pulled up to the drive through they told me they were closed yet multiple other cars in front of me (and the cars behind me were able to order) anyways despite a woman saying they were closed, another employee (a gentleman) got on the intercom and said they were still open and could take my order. I received a burrito when I ordered a quesadilla, received the wrong sauce and was greeted with eye rolls and aggravation when I asked for the right sauce. After waiting for so long for my food, I didn't even care that the order was wrong I just wanted some diablo sauce but the staff is so completely inconsiderate and rude there is no point. I work for another Taco Bell off of E Bush so I already know how the food is suppose to taste, look, and how it's made. I order a Nachobell grande meal, the #6 chalupa meal, with the Ct Chicken street chalupa. So I order no tomato's on everything expect the street chalupas due to the street chalupa having the tomato's mix in the pico de gallo which I like and also the people that were getting the 2 meals are deathly allergic to tomato's. Only one of the chalupas showed up with tomato's on it the shells for the chalupas were hard like they've been sitting for more than 3 hours I switch the crunchy taco to a soft taco for that meal and that soft taco taste expired and the other chalupa didn't have tomato's but the lettuce is brown! For the street chalupa everything that goes on it is the lime sauce, Ct Chicken, cheddar cheese and pico de gallo. I already mention the pico has tomato's already pre made into it tell me how it has the pico de gallo but there's no tomato's and there's no lime sauce on it. I'm over all disgusted with this food how it looks and taste expired and theres food on it that wasn't supposed to be on it that can kill the person who was going to eat it if I didn't catch that there's tomato's on it. The food was attempt to be eaten but couldn't finish it due to the disgusting taste it has. The store I work for the food never tasted like this or looked like this. Another things is we have 2 cats that normally when I bring food home from my work are trying to fight me for my food but both of them doesn't even want to go near the food and to me that's saying something. Wow. How rude. They mess up my order, and as I'm walking out the door (literally half way out the door) the manager calls my name to tell me i'm wrong and I didn't order the .20 cent avocado salsa which comes with the cantina bowl and was on my receipt. I'm not coming to this location anymore I live in the area and normally come here but recently the service and the food has been very poor. I just came and got a number 5 the girl took my order really well she even asked me to look on the screen to make sure everything is OK it was OK but when I got my nacho Belle Grande, a meal, my taco was missing I'm not coming back here anymore. A very poor service the food is not fresh anymore. The worst part is I normally check my food before leaving but because she took my order so good I didn't and when I got home I was so upset. The absolute worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. The customer service is disgusting. Every time I go the cashier has an attitude and is angry I bother to make her to her job. End of story just rude staff. They never get the order correct either. Late at night they only accept cash and refuse to give you receipt so they can pocket your cash. All 7 employees were standing outside the restaurant smoking; when we pulled up to the ordering window, they informed us that they "were only accepting online orders". Drive through is sloooooow. It take 3.5 minutes to move a car. If you cannot wait, just walk in to the counter is faster. I figure if you see more than 5 cars ahead of you, just walk in. This store clerk need to process a bit faster. Food is good, just service is slow. I believe they can improve on this front. This store now receive a face lift. It was remodel to modern look. They don't "check in" mobile orders, and when you get there they say we didn't start it yet it'll be 5 minutes. The drive through takes less time. To top it off I can't even park in the mobile pickup spots because there's an empty car parked there... my guess is it's an employee. Sometimes people just wanna be able to grab a taco and go. Been to this Taco Bell a view times, only late at night through the drive through and EVERY TIME our super simple order is very wrong and usually burnt to a crisp. Normally just shrug our shoulders and laugh, not caring much and say "ehh you get what you pay for"... by tonight we went back to the window pointing out how they put lettuce on all our tacos when we said "NO LETTUCE" and literally all they did was open them and pick some of the lettuce off with their fingers! I've had quite a few negative experiences at this Taco Bell including one yesterday where the total of my meal was 6.15 and I gave the lady 7 dollars. She then gave me my food and then walked away, therefore I waited for my change. Went in today for the free Doritos Locos Tacos as advertised by corporate via MLB. Ozzie Albies stole a base, America is SUPPOSED to get a free taco. I go in today to get it, they tell me in the drive thru they're only giving away the regular taco. That's one thing, but they did advertise the Doritos Locos. I decided to come back later that evening with my dad who likes the regular tacos better anyways, and at first the nice girl at the drive through was laughing and joking with us about to take our order when some guy named Greg steps in and says they're not giving away free tacos at that location. At all. I'm not sure what changed in those 6 hours between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm, but that was very upsetting to drive all the way to taco bell because of an ad that said no purchase necessary to be denied. We tried to reason with them and say we would still buy other stuff if they gave us the free taco as *advertised*, but Greg wasn't having it. Before leaving we went inside to ask Greg for his name and to tell them we'd be contacting a superior, he was very aggressive and yelled expletives including the F bomb as we were leaving. Very unprofessional, won't be going back to this location again soon. Doesn't feel like a safe or welcoming business AT ALL.
