This Taco Bell location had some of the worst customer service I've experienced. The employee who took my order was extremely careless and got it completely wrong the first time, which forced me to drive all the way back from my house to correct it. When I returned, my order was still entered incorrectly again. When I politely tried to correct the mistakes, the employee became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of simply fixing the issue. There was no accountability or basic customer service. Another great Taco Bell that we frequently go to. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently good. We always get the steak and cheese burrito and the crunch wrap supreme. I love Taco Bell, so do my parents, so we have eaten our share of hardshell tacos from TB. We ordered the big meal with 12 tacos and a large nacho Supreme but never had I once eaten Taco from TB that only had that much little filling. There was barely any meat, lettuce or cheese. This Taco Bell can be a hit or miss. This Taco Bell location is also joined with Long John Silver's, but they stop selling Long John Silver's after 10PM. There is inconsistency with the quality of food. When they make it fresh, it's really good. But some times the quality is lacking, like the crunchy shell tacos are too soft or kind of stale - or the shell isn't warm. You have to be careful with big orders here. I feel like they tend to make mistakes or aren't able to handle large orders. A lot of times I order the Nacho Cheese Doritos Los Tacos Supreme only to come home and find out they aren't supreme at all. I wish they would make sure orders are correct because it's kind of hard to unwrap the food and specifically make sure it's supreme/what you asked for without holding up the line. Sometimes they don't give me any hot sauce packets even though I asked for them. Even with their LJS menu, sometimes I've asked for an extra piece of fish and they forgot to give it or they give an extremely small quantity of fries compared to what they normally give me. Employees are usually nice enough, no one has ever been rude to me. They will correct your order if you tell them. Lately they seem to be doing better, not sure if there is new management? I've just been weary because I can't count the number of times my order has been messed up in the past, it's kind of a pain to drive back to have them correct everything. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a while, so I'm going to say I used to like this place. But it has gone downhill. They're very stingy with fillings, so they're trying to give less and charge more. Just as annoying, is they'll unilaterally discontinue items that are available on the app. Normally the app wouldn't let you order an item that was out of stock or not available at that location, but lately you only find out until you get to the drive-thru check in which means you have to re-order all over again. But my biggest issue is the managers are so inept and cheap, they horribly understaff the restaurant in the evening so that it can take upwards of 30 minutes to get a drive-thru order. Because of this, they've changed their hours to the most bizarre and awkward times, some days it closes at 6PM, other days 7PM, some others 9PM and then occasionally 1AM. Corporate needs to just fire off every single person here and take charge of it, because the fools in charge clearly couldn't run a lemonade stand. This Taco Bell has had its ups and downs, but I must say the past few months have been some of the best I've seen from this establishment. Consistent 95+ health ratings and the food quality reflects it. Most people think tbell gives ya the shits. Not this one. This one allows its customers to truly "live más" as they say. My go to order is two quesoritas no sour cream no chipotle (I know plain but good) 2 cheesy roll ups and a Baja blast freeze. Not a hard order. Yet in the past the employees at the time seemed to struggle with this. Not these guys. These guys are good. Would go as far as saying professional. I usually drive an extra 20 minutes to go to another location when I want Taco Bell because this was is so bad. I went in instead of the drive thru thinking that maybe if I did this my order would be correct. Instead it just took twice as long to get my wrong order and I got a look at how bad this place really is. The dining room had dirty trays, the counter had buckets on it and the people were anything but pleasant. I've had weird experiences at this particular location. I generally get a side order or grilled chicken for my doggie and they are a pretty standard size at every other Taco Bell. However at this location they seem to short change you and when you try to explain your experience, they ridicule and tell you that I am wrong and I have to pay extra. I have no problem in paying whatever it costs however the problem I have is they have not explained or taken my order right. So the customer is wrong as always wrong. Then they make fun of you. I have no problem with race or age or anything in general but this place has a way to get you agitated. What's the point in paying and having a bad experience. By far the worst TACO BELL I ever been to. At least during the night shift. They are really slow and incompetent. It was around 10pm at night and the drive thru had no cars. The person told me to pull up to the door and she would bring the food and the idiot completely forgot about my food. I went to the window and asked where my food was and her reply was,"oh im sorry i will get it out for you right away." Took her about 15 min and the food was cold soggy. I was driving through the area around noon on a Thursday when saw this Taco Bell. Since I was on the way to a salon in the area for an appointment, so I thought Taco Bell would be the perfect stop for to grab a quick, cheap lunch. There were no other cars in the drive-thru since I must have beaten the lunch rush. I wasn't super hungry but knew I should eat something before my 2+ hour hair appointment, so I simply ordered two Crunchy Tacos with Mild Sauce and an ice water. For $2 and change, this was probably the cheapest, most decent fast food lunch I could get in the area. As soon as I was done ordering and paying, the cashier handed me my receipt and flyer requesting the completion of a quick online survey "For a Chance to Win a Free iPad 2." When I drove to the pick-up window, my food was ready and waiting for me! I parked in the parking lot and immediately starting eating. I promise you this is NOT because I was starving or anything, but these Crunchy Tacos were the most delicious Taco Bell tacos I have had in quite some time! Although they could have been pre-made and sitting around waiting for the lunch rush, I highly doubt that they were. There was a good amount of beef inside the tacos, which were very warm as if it had just been cooked. In addition, the lettuce and cheese inside was plentiful. These were the fullest, crunchiest, freshest Crunchy Tacos I've had in Georgia, and I enjoyed every bite. Overall, this Taco Bell gets 5 stars based on this one awesome drive-thru experience because those Crunchy Tacos were so good! The cashier was friendly and the drive-thru service was super fast. Needless to say, I completed the survey online. Since I don't frequent this area, I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon, but I will definitely come back if I am in the area.
