1 star way to much! Walked in and order taker was on phone with a Doordash customer, "wait a second" he said, then 5 minutes later, still on phone, he walks over into the office and disappears. At least 6 or more staff working the window and driveup and in house orders, just give us a glance and look away. Disgusted, we walk out, and give the good news to a fellow coming in not to expect much, if any service. This is same location that we stopped going in after the following problem with an order. I asked 3 hard shell tacos. When we got to the table and started to eat, we notice all three were "Short" on meat. I can honestly say the meat was almost non-existent on all 3 shell, just lettuce. I went back to the counter, handed bag, showing one taco to the guy, and said there is nothing in these. He said he would fix them right up. He did, all three were loaded and overfilled with more lettuce! I dumped the bag on counter and we left. Did not darken the door there for several years. Note we just live about 2 blocks N or this store which is on 3025 W. White Oaks Drive, Spfld, IL. Looks like it time take a "TimeOut" again. Looks like Arbys, Culvers and even McD will be getting more business when we just want a quick bite, which apparently is NOT available at this location. read more

I am pretty sure I ordered 3 soft taco supremes which mean sour cream but I got 3 beef tacos that appeared wet so the actual taco the crap comes in were wet and hard to roll up cuz none were rolled up. Doesn't deserve one star, I ordered nacho frys and this is what they advertise and then what I got. I asked for a little side of seasoning to put on them. I was told by one girl that she couldn't help me because "she was was in customer service" she then said something to the assistant general manager Cheyenne and GM Cheyenne said "the fry's come with a light sprinkle and I couldn't have a side of seasoning because "they don't have a button to charge me for the seasoning" and they would have to "make a special batch to order" even tho I ordered 5 mins before. Worst customer service I've experienced. Pure laziness & lack of customer service. Do better Taco Bell. read more

I ordered my food intending to eat actual food and not vegetables and shells. I have pictures to show my serving was not a complete serving at all. When drove back through the drive through to show window worker josh and asked him if he paid over $20 would he eat it and he said yes because it's a dollar item. Which is not true on the serving size because I had three potatoes on a potato taco. I shows him 4 strands of chicken on my chalupa. He argued and said that we are fast food and what we pay is what we get and that he not scared of my boyfriend. All my boyfriend asked for was a refund and once talked to crazy my boyfriend defended himself verbally by saying he not scared of him neither. Cashier josh than said he was going to call the police after giving refund and then calling my boyfriend ignorant and other names. I have always came to this Taco Bell because I love the restaurant in general. Tonight my boyfriend and I were severely mistreated! No way we paid $25.88 and got food worth $2! We ordered through the drive-thru and did not receive the Nachos Bell Grande which we paid for and was on our receipt. We called and talked to the manager. Because we live out of town, we asked if they could add some extras to compensate us for having to drive back in to town. The manager simply said no.
