Ya, this place isn't great. Even by fast food standards. Employees just shuffle around slowly, ignoring customers as much as possible, mumbling when they did have to talk to you. Dining room was messy, 7 employees and they couldn't handle 4 customers in the store at a time. Took 20 minutes for a simple order. HQ needs to step in with some training or support. Edit: putting a couple stars back because after 20 minutes the manager realized how bad it was getting and put some hustle into trying to make it right. Just left from this location. Asked the person working the drive through window to fill my drink up a little more as it looked a bit short. He told me he has to walk to the dining room to to that and I said okay can you and he promptly told me "I'm not about to walk all the way over there" like it was 10 miles away. We came in town by school bus for my son's tournament. We stayed at the nearby SpringHill Suites. After the tournament we walked to this Taco Bell, ready for some fun tacos and chalupas. To our dismay, the dining room wasn't open; it was for drive-through only. It was awkward but we walked up to the pickup window and tried to place our orders. The lady didn't answer the window for a long time. When she finally opened the window, she rudely told us the cars get the priority. She was so slow that while we waited, 2 cars bailed without ordering because of the long waiting. When we finally got to order, we had to change our options because they were out of certain ingredients. It was over 30 minutes in the cold when it was finally all said and done. It was a total nightmare. The low rating says it all. Unfortunately we had ignored it because, how bad can an international fast food franchise be?! There are supposed to be standards for sourcing, procedures, and services for Taco Bell. Boy could we be more wrong! Neither the franchiser nor the franchisee have been doing their jobs. I love Taco Bell. I just want a location that appreciates my affection. For weeks the Grande Nachos Box has been added to the menu. I would go to this location & they would tell me the promotion was over. So I was excited today when I saw they had a sign up for The Box. I ordered the shredded chicken with no beans & extra pico. As stated below, management here clearly has no idea how to run a fast food restaurant. My family and I have left the drive thru line twice now in the last three months because of their "service". The first time, there was a problem with the cash register, which they did not tell us about until after 7 minutes of sitting in the drive thru line. And then they said it would take just a minute to fix. Lo and behold, after 7 more minutes of waiting with no one coming back to let us know what was happening, we drove away. Last night, we decided to try again. The old saying holds true (fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice...) Again, we waited at least 5 minutes in the drive thru before moving. When we finally made it to the speaker to order, we gave our order, the gentleman on the inside told us he needed us to say it again, which my husband repeated, and no one came back to let us know we were good to go. We waited 5 minutes trying to get someone to come back to talk to us, all the while the cars in front of us had not moved anywhere closer to the window to get their own orders. I would give this zero stars if I could. We came at 1:30 in the afternoon and there was practically no one else in the dining room and no one at the drive-thru. We waited fifteen minutes for our modest food order (food for two adults, one child, and one toddler), which gave us plenty of time to clean our disgusting table while an employee watched. While we were waiting for our food another family, who had been behind us in line, ended up leaving because no one ever even came up to take their order. After fifteen minutes we got our cold and undercooked food. While we were eating my husband found a blue sticker stuck on the bottom of his grilled stuffed nacho. Horrified, he brought it to the attention of the manager, who took it without a word and threw it away. No apology, no nothing. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. read more

Being that this Taco Bell is shared with a KFC you would imagine this being a fast food diner's dream, right?...Wrong! This place is responsible for the worst fast food experiences I've ever had! Being that this is the only Taco Bell anywhere near Solon, we have been forced to endure punishment from this location time and time again. Not only have we waited inside and in the drive thru for around 20 minutes for our food on multiple occasions, they almost always either forget a food item, leave essential ingredients out of a food item or give you food all slopped together with broken shells and upside down Mexican Pizzas. Excuses could be made if the place was busy, however, there is usually never anyone in line! On one occasion we waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and watched it sit there as the cashier was chatting away in the background. Finally we honked the horn to get her attention. She asked if we had paid yet and we said no. We give her the money and she walks away into the distance until we knock on the window to tell her we still need our food! As this disaster is taking place, my eyes are glued on the sign inside that reads something along the lines of "TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER AS IF THEY ARE A SECRET SHOPPER!" Clearly this message has zero impact on the staff. Speaking of staff, who is running the shifts in this place?! In summary, unless you have extreme patients, avoid this place at all risk! read more

Our tacos were literally empty. The chalupa was mostly the shell. The service was decent but the food was below normal standards.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service is so bad I feel like I could be getting pranked on a hidden camera show every time I go. The worst part about this location is that they 100% of the time ask you to pull around to the front of the building to wait for your food regardless of if any other cars are in line. So that being said when they inevitably forget items you have to go knock on the door and hope an employee notices. I'm getting annoyed just thinking about going there. The Worst!!!!! read more

This place is a legit shi*hole. In person, delivery, tip generously in person, doesn't matter. The slowest, rudest, most clueless outfit I've ever seen. It may be difficult to juggle two menus, but I assure you, it can be done. You aren't cooking a gd thing. If you want aggravation, slow service, and incorrect food, this is the place for you. This is my first yelp review. This is the worst business establishment providing consumable goods in the world. The prison from from midnight express is a better place to be served food at. Always slow, always wrong, always dirty, always rude. Why then is it not one star? Well... the aforementioned alwayses have recently been morphing into usuallys. This is because one 50-60 yr lady, I forget her name, who realizes the state of the place and does her darndest to make things better for customers (while other employees meander slowly). They also fired one of their daytime managers that would accost customers into giving 5-star reviews on corporate surveys to get their order prioritized. Slow service at the drive thru, HUGE, ENORMOUS pothole right before you order, really all around bad. It's worth going elsewhere

I went to this location today,pulled into the drive-thru lane at 12:18,long line but I was in no hurry.So I waited,and I waited and I waited.Finally as I get closer to the order window with one car at the window and an F150 in front of me,once the car at the window pulled up,the F150 proceeded to the window,but unbeknownst to myself the F150 was covering this hug,deep,wide and massive hole.I couldn't back up because of all the other cars behind me.I tried going left of the hole but my right tire went into this big hole.And I knew right then that there was some damage.So now I"m pissed!!!! Told the manager on duty and his only comment was,"they were supposed to be fixing that hole"No apology,a free taco,NOTHING!!!!! I know for a fact that they were not supposed to be fixing it,I had taken my son and his friends to the opening of Avengers Endgame in April at the Solon AMC Movies 16,and we went to the drive-thru I saw the hole was then,and I told my son "oh hell no,we ain't going here" This is totally unacceptable. read more

The food was fine. The service waas fine. I was there around Labor Day weekend 2018. On a Friday. I think it was about three in the afternoon. I ran into a man who was really, polite, attentive. He was a tall guy african american. I think. The service was well too. He took my order and the food came out with no problemss. But I will say on the way in I ran into a little trouble with some man. IN the parking lot. Spiting on the ground. And he said some crap to me... I responded "Whats cracking lacking" in response to the stranger outside just as I reached the door. He came out and asked me if someone was chasing me. This is my first ever yelp review. Let me start by saying that I actually like Taco Bell in general, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. I flew into Ohio late this evening and when I got to my hotel I just needed something fast, Taco Bell was the only thing nearby. Even though it says they close at 11pm, when I walked in at 9:45 the cashier was rushing to lock the door, she let me in, but actually told me that she didn't want to let me order and it was clear that she just wanted me to leave so that everyone could leave early. I ordered a few things to go, but the quality was so terrible, even by Taco Bell standards, and I immediately felt sick to my stomach. I'm writing this while actually still on the toilet.
