I can here to pickup a big group order. I tried using the app, but the order wouldn't go through. I had to go inside and order on the kiosk. When I placed my order the staff were quite upset with how big my order was. Food was made in about 20 minutes which was fair for the amount of food that they had to make. There were a couple items missing including tacos and sauces. Overall a meh experience, but this is a fast food place so don't expect much either. read more

We have been avoiding this Taco Bell location for quite awhile now (after overhearing a rude comment made about us and others waiting at the counter by an employee and also because of food quality), but my friend had a taste for bean burritos. Seems like things were due to improve once the new management came in, but it didn't happen. There wasn't more than one or two other guests plus the two of us inside in the dining area (the drive-thru was getting the majority of the business). Surprisingly, our food was very good that day, but the dining area needed sweeping and mopping (at least the spots where drinks had been spilled). The tables needed wiping down, the condiment area needed cleaning and more napkins were needed in the dispensers. The drink/ice machine sounded like it needed servicing as it was making loud noises. I realize that maybe they were shorthanded that day or maybe something pressing had gone on beforehand that I knew nothing about, but it seems like a manager would be concerned and stay on top of the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were also put off by only having the computer screen as a choice of ordering as it can get stressful and sometimes (as in the case with us) you still need to speak to an employee about your order. We saw young workers who didn't seem to be too concerned about their job. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places, but definitely not this location. Things could definitely be improved, not only inside but also your landscaping too. Take pride in the store you represent. read more

I can through the drive thru to get a number two with chipotle sauce. when I got my tacos, everything was falling out of the side of the taco and the tortillas were moist and soggy. I went back in to get one remade and they made the order again for me. OMG... This was the worst experience I have ever had in a "Fast Food" restaurant. First, we stand at the counter for 10 mins waiting for our order to be taken. The entire staff had made eye contact with us as we were waiting. Second, thinking we would get better service through the self order kiosk, we discovered the menu does not match the menu above the ordering counter. Next, when we asked if anyone was working the counter and registers, we got the worst look from the staff member who still would not properly greet us. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell tacos I've ever had. We ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and 4-5 of them were decent. The rest appeared to have set under the warming light for quite some time as there was no lettuce and the cheese was melted as well as the shells came apart since they were stuck to the wrapper. I asked for hot sauce and was rewarded with 5 single packs of hot sauce for 12 tacos. Only posting this so the owners can make changes if they are concerned. read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Don't know who this manager has been hiring in the past couple months, but I've only gotten terrible service since then. Online, it says they don't close until 10pm and they've always stayed true to that. However, the past few times I've visited, they've decided to close early and are still inside the restaurant. I decided to call ahead one night to see if they would be open, and a laughing boy answered the phone and said "uhhhh, yeah we're closing at 9 tonight" I made him aware that the online times stated were incorrect and he clearly didn't care. Furthermore, when I place mobile orders with specific requests and extra add ons, that I pay extra for, oftentimes these requests aren't filled at all and I get ripped off. Today I ordered nacho fries and was given two orders of plain fries, absolutely no seasoning on them at all. When I came back through the line, I was informed that they were "out of seasoning". I informed them that I wouldn't have made the order if they had told me that, and was answered with silence. Absolutely horrible experiences and the most disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. I will never be coming here again and I suggest you do the same. read more

I've been eating here for years since back when it was a Taco Bell/KFC. It has gone downhill since then. The last time we ate there they were out of almost everything and the girl in the drive through had a really bad attitude. It wasn't even busy when we went through (just us and 1 other car) so I'm not sure why she was so stressed out. I've worked fast food before and I understand how it can be but it was not necessary for her attitude when we were really nice to her the entire time. I take the little dude here for taco taco tacos when he is feeling it. The cashier we usually get seems a bit spaced out but is generally friendly. The restaurant has an issue with the soda fountain... the carbonation is never right. It is either way too carbonated and bitter or it's too syrupy and flat. We tend to go for water and sweet tea but, alas, there was no sweet tea in the container. It was dry as a bone. Food wise it's a hit or miss, we order simple items (cheese quesadilla and soft taco no lettuces) and have no issues but my mother has gotten ultra salted soggy inedible nachos. Teens tend to hang out in the parking lot with their revving trucks and it can be a bit uncomfortable for littles who don't like loud noises. Um...where do I begin with this place?! Let's start with a positive. The staff member who took my order was friendly and took my order correctly and with a smile. That's where the positives STOP! Coming into this particular Taco Bell, you feel as if you have somehow been drug down into the depths of the sewer system along with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or something. I should have known from the get go to vacate the premises directly prior to even ordering when I smelled this foul greasy slash sewer smell...but we were in a hurry to get to a show, and felt highly tight on time to "now or never" kind of order with our "fast" food items. I use that term VERY loosely since our order was not even remotely made in a timely manner :(. The bathroom also smelled awful, and was only used out of necessity (again the smell was some greasy dirty water smell that they must have "cleaned" the floor with! After 15 minutes of wait time for not even ordering that many items, we finally received our food. I had to return the nachos bell grande due to it being only partially covered with the toppings, and the other half not much of anything....this was returned with trepidation mind you because I knew this would lead to an even longer wait time...5 minutes later, and the three line cooks giving me dirty looks for returning the item...they seemed to be primarily focusing on drive thru orders thus the reason all of us who were eating in had such a long wait time. I was NOT the only one waiting or receiving poorly made orders (or wrong orders), but we did make it out alive...and to the show on time...so I guess that counts for something. Even my kids said, "mom lets NEVER go back to this Taco Bell" and I too feel they were spot on with that comment. Management needs to regroup and get a better system in place or start over with the majority of their workers or they will not be keeping their customers coming back. read more

So they are slow as can be. They Don't wear masks while making the food. Yell and scream instead of focus on food so they forget how to follow simple steps. Ordered a crunch wrap got no meat? I'm pretty sure it's suppose to come with meat. Order a quesadilla no sauce so they put a ton of sauce but don't grill it so it's cold and cheese is not melted. Then we have to go back through the drive through and get the 5th degree like we are lying. They took the food back in to dissect it and then proceeded to argue over it before making a new order. Let's start with how rude the lady was taking my order in the drive thru. I had ordered a combo meal and of course you have to say soft or hard tacos and what you like to drink...she never asked those specifics. So I told her the specifics of the meal she kept saying "Is that all"after every word??? Like she had no time for me to finish my one and only order. Then as I am waiting at the drive thru window I look in and see her hanging out with the lady making the tacos and the lady making the food was dancing, laughing and making rude gestures over my food and sticking her tongue out over top of it!!! Went to Taco Bell today. And like normal the folks working there are just plain mean and disrespectful. They act like you are bothering them when you place your order. The lady there rolled her eyes at me when I changed my order and it was before I paid for it. I could go on that they are such a drag and must hate life. I go to this Taco Bell often (not sure why) and every time have bits of chopped up lettuce all in my son and my taco when I specifically asked for no lettuce. If you are someone who doesn't like lettuce you understand how it ruins your meal with any amount of lettuce. If it happens once... okay... fix it and I am happy. But it happens every time and I have been to this Taco Bell more than a dozen times. I pick the lettuce out of our food and I have also went to the register and politely asked for this to be fixed. But it continues. Should I accept that when I ask for something to be left off that it's okay as long as they don't put too much on it. And is it okay that they are just so unhappy with their customers and it is such an inconvenience that we like tacos. Wish Taco Bell would train with chick-n-fillet or something.
