I order online for drive-thru pickup once a week. Orders always have at least 6 items. Of the 20+ orders this year, the only thing I've found missing was an extra salsa pack, once. That's it. We have eaten many times at Taco Bell. Without a doubt, this was the dirtiest Taco Bell we have ever been to. First of all I hate the "You have to order at the kiosk". OK so shouldn't that free up someone to clear the tables and floors. Every unoccupied table was filthy. And the floor looked like a bomb went off made of cheese, salsa and tortilla shells. So I just wanted to give a good review. My local Taco Bell is TRASH. we stopped at this one after a hellish airport experience at 1 something in the morning. The person on the intercom asked if we wanted to add extra meat or sour cream, or spice it up with some jalapeños for pretty much everything we ordered which honestly was hilarious. We did not, but we appreciate someone trying to hustle and upsell! We got our food and took it home and finally... the Taco Bell I remember. I had two cheesy Gordita crunches and they were delicious and well made!! The man that helped us who was on the intercom was also hustling the workers along and running a tight ship! Another surprise. It was fresh, and the order was correct. Ordered the Mexican pizza combo and Big box combo. I guess if you are looking for something fast and simple, the Taco Bell near SeaTac airport is good. I guess it was good because we ate there and it was still hot and fresh. Service was good. Got there an hour before closing, waited in the drive through line for nearly the entire hour. Waited about 30min to get to the intercom. When I got to the intercom nobody said anything, I waited about 10 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window. Took another 10 just to get to the window. I get to the window and the guy tells me they're closed. Thanks for letting me know after waiting nearly an hour in line. Should place a cone to cut off people queuing up or turn people away before they get in line for an hour for no reason. read more

Standard Taco Bell service was fine and the food was standard Taco Bell, have not been in years since we have a del taco near our home which is better in taste and quality of ingredients. Would eat there again if in the area and in a pinch but not my preferred Mexican fats food, usually I hit chipotle or a del taco. read more

Went here for food after some good study time and wanted two grilled cheese burritos and a 5 beefy layer burrito and a chicken quesadilla and the guy didn't even put in everything as I ordered and I made sure to repeat myself twice, they gave me who chicken burritos with a bunch of vegetables, and a bean and cheese burrito. Literally exactly the opposite of what I ordered, if you want a better place to get Taco Bell go to the burien ones... so much better and they actually listen. read more

The tall cashier kid with glasses was really nice and provided amazing customer service. He was very welcoming and kind. He knew his way around the menu and was able to easily answer my questions and even recommended featured promotional items like the nacho fries. The lobby was outstandingly clean and very well done. There were a few straws that fell near the soda machine but other than that I didn't have any issue. As for my food , it was well prepped and tasted great! I had no issue with the food or it's portioning. Overall my experience at this Taco Bell wasn't so bad as the reviews make it out to be- the customer service was great and the food was made very quickly and to my liking. The service was acceptable (with today's standards where we don't expect a genuine welcome with a smile).Restaurant cleanliness is where they failed. At least four tables were dirty. The drink station looked as though it had been neglected for hours. Trash was overflowing from the receptacles and there were multiple piles of dirt on the floor. I could understand a little bit of lobby mess if they were slammed, but that was definitely not the case. Ok... so Taco Bell. We know what to expect, right? So why 4 stars? This Taco Bell had stand-out customer service. So... I'm a lunatic. And when I heard that TB was launching breakfast I just had to find a WA location and try it out for myself. So I looked online, saw that this Taco Bell had the breakfast menu and set my alarm to wake up early the next day to check it out. As I walk I'm immediately greeted by two happy, smiley employees. They hand me coupons to come back and get free breakfast items on a second trip and take my order. Sweet. The food isn't amazing but again, this is just fast food. Growing up in the Bay Area, there were more Taco Bells than any other ast food chain. So I ate at Taco Bell a lot in high school and college. There's always room in my heart for a crunchwrap, Mexican pizza and soft tacos. If you're looking for McDonald's breakfast, this isn't it. At all. But there's plenty of time for them to improve. The hashbrown thing-a-ma-bob was actually better than I've had elsewhere and the packaging was adorable. Give their breakfast a shot, you probably won't regret it. read more

I'm not a big fan of Taco Bell restaurants, but this one - located on the Southeast corner of International Blvd and South 188th Street - was across the street from the hotel and was open really late so I thought I'd try the Cantina Bell menu I've seen touted in ads all over the television. There was no line and the cashier was friendly enough. I ordered the cantina bowl with chicken and settled in to see what gives. IMHO it wasn't on par with Chipotle or Q'doba, but it was far better than I expected considering I was at Taco Bell! The cantina bowl starts with a bed of rice smothered in chicken, beans, crisp pico de gallo (onions, tomato, and spices), corn salsa, and guacamole. It had a fresh taste to it not usually found at fast food restaurants making it a clear victor over the Jack in the Box across the street. read more

This Taco Bell is quite awesome. They haven't forgotten anything from my order like Jack in the Box always does! The service here is friendly and they don't cheap out on giving me hot sauce when I go to the drive-thru. Out of all the fast-food restaurants I go to, they are the most pleasant and give great customer service, so I thought I should give them a thumbs up for that. I also recently used their new mobile app and picked up an order here at Taco Bell (with a coupon!) and there were no problems. The only downside is that sometimes they don't toast the chalupas so it's cold :( read more

Not fast food! We must have come when all the employees were on break or they were having mechanical issues of some sort. Whatever was going on, it resulted in us waiting in the drive thru for about an hour! Would have left, but by the time we wanted to leave, we were blocked in by vehicles behind us. Trapped! We did eventually get out, with our food! It just took so freaking long. Update: should have checked, (even thought to check) - but the icing on the cake is they got our order wrong.
