So very slow. Almost every time I go to this Taco Bell I'm in line for 10 or more minutes. The other ones in Gresham and Portland are not nearly as slow. Can get in and out of Gresham one in 5 minutes even with a line. read more

So the blondish brown haired manager girl is rude and sarcastic. Also none of them says whose order is up loud enough for anyone to hear. They do not move very fast at all. Also make sure you check your order before you leave to make sure it is right..... Plus their beefy mini quesida had so much hot sauce or whatever they put on it couldn't even eat it. They don't tell you it is spicy I almost think they did it on purpose. read more

Ordered my food and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru while its 95 degrees out. No sense of urgency at this location. When I got home with my food, I noticed they forgot my Mexican pizza which is probably the most expensive thing on the menu. I've been here before and their usually slow but this experience was it for me. Boycotting this tacobell! read more

I spent $36.97 and I'd say 30 mins of my time in the drive thru. One of my requests weren't available (mexican pizza, because no tortillas), fine... When I got to the window to pay and exchange cash (in a plastic cup) the worker wore gloves and took the money out of the cup to put in the register then didn't change gloves and prepared another customers soda. Pretty pointless precautions taken. Then as I waited another few minutes for my food, he comes back and asks me what else I needed. I said I was waiting for my food. Then I waited another 5 mins for my food. When I got home to my family with food, my husbands chicken quesadillas had close to no chicken and the 3 chicken quesaritos I ordered had almost zero chicken. Very disappointed. This Taco Bell is always so busy and I know they make a lot of money. I watched 3 cars leave the drive thru tired of waiting. I should have too. I should be compensated I'd say. read more

There was two cars in the drive through, my boyfriend and I asked for no sour cream in his five layer beefy burritos. We waited 45 minutes in the drive through to get three burritos with SOUR CREAM and both of our meal were messed up or under cooked. That was the worst experience I had had at any taco bell. Sandy taco Bell was my favorite taco bell but they got horrible employees. That's why I believe they shouldn't hire a whole staff of high school students. read more

I have never seen a Taco Bell so expensive. I couldn't believe that a #4 was almost $10. I asked the employee why this location was so expensive compared to other ones in the area. She replied by saying we have been told to tell our customers that it is due to the minimum wage increase. I asked her how much more she is making now and she replied it is still the same wage and they have not had an increase but the owner wants to charge more. I'm a business owner in Portland and this disgusts me. I understand it is not easy but to price gouge is just wrong, especially since the min wage has not even increased yet. Owner/manager is rude to customers and employees alike. It's never okay to belittle an employee, and to do it in front of customers when a very reasonable question was asked is beyond words. Place was a mess with debris all over the floor and true filth under the big bench where people wait for their to go orders. I won't be back. read more

Every time we go here, the drive thru is painfully slow, and I don't think they have EVER gotten out order right. I discovered the Gresham Taco Bell is cheaper, so if you are willing to drive 10 miles, I would suggest it. You'll probably get thru the line & home faster anyway. read more

This place is a joke... The prices are on average %20-40 higher than other taco Bell locations. Sale price $1.00 item is $1.39 here. If you think you're paying for convenience it is far from convenient when you spend on average 15-30 min sitting in the drive through. It's also disappointing when you wait 20+ min for your food and every item has about half the meat and toppings a average taco Bell item has. Make the drive to the Burnside store in Gresham, its a lot less disappointing and you will probably be eating sooner. read more

This is the worst restaurant in Sandy! Don't ever go here expecting it to be a "fast food" restaurant. They are so slow and always mess up the items or forget items. The wait time is always in the 30 minute range no matter how many people are ordering. The last time I went there were 4 cars in the drive-thru. I went into the restaurant and all of the tables were full but no one had food. They were all still waiting for their orders. There had to be 15 tables waiting for food. That is ridiculous! The owner/management really needs to be changed. It is a shorter amount of time drive to Gresham, go to Chipotle and then come back home to Sandy. read more

Usually I'd never do something like this but it's more for awareness. So first off when we walked in there was a customer that had been given his food but his order was wrong. He simply was waiting for them to assist him further and fix his meal, the employee he was talking to said she literally couldn't help him at the moment and he had to wait because of some transaction process which sounded ridiculous. I ordered my food then found a seat then got my order and it was wrong.. I sat with my Oder at the front for about 10 min and not one employee out of the 10 that were working didn't say or ask if they could help me with anything they just walked passed mingled with co workers so I just decided to ask for the sauce myself. Customer service was not applied on their end at all. Then on top of that went to use the restroom and there wasn't any toilet paper or paper towels. Who ever the mangers are, they are not conscious of the restaurant they are running and it's a damn Taco Bell lol come on. read more

Okay, I don't expect much from this place because we all know their service sucks. But today was just absolutely horrible. The manager answered the phone, & had the person on speaker the whole time while taking my order. I got over that, whatever. Then after taking everyone's order, he proceeds to leave his employees in the middle of a rush. My order gets called out but in a different name so I was told it wasn't mine & that it was someone else's. the manager then tells the person coming out of the bathroom that it was there's. that person takes my order so I'm left to wait another 10 mins. After asking multiple times if that order was mine & being told no, I finally asked if my order had been made. In fact it had & the manager had given it to someone else before walking out of the restaurant to tend to his phone. I then told the employee what happened. She was great, re made my order & made my order quick, & had to apologize for her manager because he was nowhere to be found. Like are you kidding me? No wonder this place is a shit show, the manager doesn't give a damn. I probably will never come here again. I'm used to a wait but this, this was incredibly ridiculous. read more
