I haven't been to a taco bell in awhile and stopped to grab my son a taco. They recently remodeled this whole taco bell, so it is new looking and updated, none of that garish bright pink and green decor here. The problem with this location is they fill your cup to the very top with ice. It has always been this way here, you have to tell them, lite on the ice. I ordered a Limeade here, and the girl put the ice to the very top, where other Taco Bells usually give you about half a cup full before filling. Went to Taco Bell around 9pm last night waited 20 minutes for someone to finally take our order and then about another 20 minutes to get our food. When we pulled up to the window two teenagers a male and female were ignoring us and talking very inappropriately. After 5 ish minutes of trying to get there attention the male finally asked us if we had paid already which we said no he took our card and pretty much threw our food at us after that not even giving us a drink we ordered until after we got his attention again and after we got home we realized our nacho fries were missing the drink he gave us had no ice and wasn't even filled all the way. We're very saddened because we love Taco Bell but we are contacting corporate and never going to this Taco Bell again you lost very loyal costumers because your employees don't care read more

Visiting some friends in Sandy, but made the mistake to try and grab some fast food at this location - WHAT A JOKE!!!! The drive-up line was actually backing up into the entrance to the parking lot - should have been a warning sign. We decided to go in and order. But after standing there for several minutes a female employee walks up, looking scared, and said, "it's going to be at least 30 minutes to make your order, we are short staffed." As we walked out, we actually saw cars backing out of the drive-up because they were done waiting - stuck in a line that was not moving. Never seen that before! Needless to say, we left. My buddy told me that since this location got remodeled, they can't get any staff to work the location. I really hope this one goes under and all that money for the remodel is wasted for the owners. I come here often, since I live in welches. They're always super slow even if we're the only ones there and we order 3 things. Went there today, only one in drive through. I order a few things and we pull up to the window. They barely talk to us besides when we paid. We sit there amfor about 15 minutes while four girls stand there talking and laughing really loud, one comes up and closes the window. About five ish more minutes a kid with silver/blonde hair comes up and says they're out of potatoes and to pull forward. You waited 20 minutes to tell me you're out of potatoes? Waited another 10 is minutes. And the food was made like crap, barely put together and smushed, despite sitting there for 30 minutes waiting :) y'all need to stop hiring kids that only care about playing in their phones and fucking around. We eat here often because the food is great! You can still get "spicey" green bean burritos here. Order a bean burrito minus red sauce plus green sauce! Tada! Most Taco Bells have dropped these. They will still make enchiridos too if asked! A plus here for normally expensive drinks if you are 55 or older. Order a "Senior" drink. You will get a small pop cup for just 15 cents! I really like Taco Bell which makes me sad how bad this place is. The turn around time from ordering to getting your food is on average 15-40 minutes. The food is not the best in regards to other locations they ask what sauce you want and don't give it to you. There is a brand new Wendy's right next to it so if the Taco Bell line is long just go there they actually care about you. read more

Giving it one star may be generous. We ordered twice on this visit. First time it took about 15 minutes to get our order. An item was missing. 2nd time it probably took more like 30 minutes and guess what? Nachos were missing from a combo meal. This Taco Bell location deserves one star out of five due to Dave Medrano, the Mexican general manager of that location. I used to work here several times during 2001-2014 and the man is a total piece of work. He is cheap, chauvinistic and full of himself. He doesn't always treat his employees or customers with much kindness. I quit because he treated me like dirt, verbally. I had had ENOUGH of him. One time while I worked at this location, there were several times I caught a certain Mexican employee not washing their hands properly, and not using gloves (which are provided) when handling food. I brought this to Dave's attention one day and he did nothing about it. Several years ago, I told a former employee named Sara Lassich about it and Dave caught wind of it and BANNED me from this location. He also banned my brother in law, Kendall, from entering because Dave thought that Kendall was being very abusive to an employee who is married to Kendall. Dave Medrano is very irrational, has no ethics, treats his employees as less than human beings, and pays them less than what they deserve. Dave Medrano is the worst manager you could ever work for, and a waste of sperm & egg. A poor excuse for a human being. If I were you, and hungry for Taco Bell, I'd steer clear of this Taco Bell location and find another one. read more

Have still been waiting for 15+ minutes and i'm sitting here watching the employees chit chatting about breaks, moving so slowly, putting things in bags VERY CAREFULLY, and still messing up orders.
