I don't usually eat Taco Bell but when I do, I'm usually placing the order in the app because I think there's a much better value there than off the menu at the drive-through. I had been waiting for the mini taco salad and the nacho dip to launch. Today was the day. The taco salad although tiny was delicious and honestly could easily accompany a small burrito or another entrée item and be a filling meal. The nacho dip which is basically the nacho topping served on the side with chips on the side was phenomenal and finally, Taco Bell has listened to the public. This is exactly how I want my nachos. We also had the classic burrito supreme, which is always great. They have a new vanilla cream freeze which my husband enjoyed but found it very, very sugary. Always a solid experience at the Taco Bell service is always very nice and friendly parking is out front which I don't use cause I use the drive-through. read more

Yoana was a very nice employee. Fast service, breakfast smells good. There was an issue with the order and she fixed it no problem and fast.

There is young girl working there that must've worked for In-N-Out at one time. She's very good at multitasking at the same time very pleasant to customers walking in . She's taking orders with headphones at the same time as calling up orders that are ready and if things slow down she starts on washing windows and doors... Stopped in while running around to Lowe's, Walmart , you know all the high end shopping places in Talega. Was craving some crunchy tacos. Place is very clean and not too many people inside. I stepped up to the counter and after a bit of a wait, was told to order at the kiosks behind me. Guess I missed those when I walked in. (Quick aside - kiosks and self service will become very prevalent in CA since the state is forcing an ungodly $25/hr min wage for fast food. Say goodbye to many jobs and to cheap fast food). Back to the review. After waiting a bit I was asked if I placed my order. I guess it did not go through so the manager(?) came out and put my order in the kiosk again. Went through this time. After not a long wait, my meal was ready. I asked for a stupid number of Fire Sauce packets and the server did not blink. Heck, I like sauce, I really do. Yes, I used them all!* First thing I noticed was how well the two crunchy tacos and the bean burrito were wrapped. Should have taken a picture, but I was hungry and dug in. When I opened the tacos and the burrito they looked like the pictures on the menu. How often do you see that? Nice job! The taste was typical TB and it was good. One of the team members spent the whole time cleaning tables, the drink machine, picking up people's trays and sweeping. He is the machine that keeps the place looking so nice. The past 2 times I've gone there it's been a Friday night around 10 and it's the same worker the taking orders. Both times she has rounded up my order cost without even asking me for whatever program they are supporting. I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want her to re-enter my order and then risk her spitting in my food, but I'm a broke college student barely making ends meet and the small things really do add up. It's not fair for her to volunteer me to pay more on my order. Wont be going here again. read more

So the first time I stopped at a Taco Bell in roughly 10 years I go inside cause I'm riding my motorcycle and I they've got all these electronic tablets to take your order i will not use these tablets. There is really nothing good about the food here, so many miles places to eat at where you can enjoy it more. That being said during a pandemic there is not much open, drive-through only this was an easy option. The new grilled cheese burrito sounds good cause anything other than that. I am not a big fish taco person. However, someone told me that their fish tacos are really good. So I tried them last evening. I wish I had purchased four instead of two. In my opinion, they're really very good. The fish were, I believe, white Pollock. The ingredients around them were all very fresh and tasted great. I may go back this afternoon. I do have to add this, their chocolate shake is probably the worst I've ever had. I don't know how they could call it chocolate. I haven't yet figured out what flavor it really is. They did not want to help me when I walked into the restaurant and came up to the counter. They ignored me for a number of awkward minutes before a person in the kitchen told me to order myself using the touchscreens or app. Call me old fashioned, but I hate this automated stuff! It takes the person at the counter seconds to take my order when I know what I want. Instead I'm told to scroll endlessly through the digital menu to find the one thing I want, which takes a lot more time. But, this is what Taco Bell wants, they want you to struggle finding the one thing you want so you scroll past everything else on the menu, they know that psychologically you are inclined to order more if you are forced to see and click on it. I do not support this business model and the way Taco Bell has pivoted away from customer service and into careless automation, putting their employees awkwardly in between. I feel terrible for the people that work here because they will probably lose their jobs soon enough. Why? Because people like myself and so many others have stopped or will stop coming to Taco Bell. Visited Taco Bell on National Taco day. They had a special gift box that can only be purchased on national taco day, an assortment of tacos for $5. I love the order yourself kiosks right when you walk in and you can pay and wait for your food. Very convenient for someone that never knows what they want like myself. Older Taco Bell it seems like but very clean and the workers are nice as well. They work very fast which is awesome cause I only have a 30 min lunch, definitely come here on a regular day because the service is great. Keep up the great work! read more

Walked in order. Ordered 12 pack tacos for work and the box broke dumping them all over the ground. Loss of $30.00 today. If we're going to slum it and eat junk fast food - it would be nice if (at least) we received the entire order we paid for, and if that's not possible, maybe then we could just roll back through the drive through and ask for our missing item. But noooooooo. Heather V. at the drive thru window first refused because there were other customers (um, so? We waited in line like everyone else) and then said we would have to go park and walk in and wait in line for A SINGLE MISSING BURRITO from our original drive thru order. When we said no (like I said, we were slumming it which means we were totes in our pjs) she said "This is fucking stupid" and proceed to tell us no one would make our order. We sat in the drive thru for 5 more minutes and then a different young lady threw our burrito at the car and walked away. No apologies. No consideration for service. Just two amazingly rude employees who got bent out of shape when customers actually wanted the food they paid for. Lesson learned. If I really want to eat crap I'll go where my patronage is *at least* appreciated. Half of the time we've been here they mess up the order. We usually order a regular crunch taco without lettuce and yet we always get lettuce and then have to wait for them to fix it. I like how this place is usually clean when I come in. Even when the place is kind of busy the food still gets served in a timely manner. For a fast food place this place maintains itself pretty decent. Since my daughter loves the cheese quesadillas here, I'm always a regular. Also, if you decide to get the quesadilla for a younger child, request no jalapeno creamy sauce, since that makes it spicy. read more
