Ive given this location chance after chance and they just cant seem to get anything right or provide decent service. Always dismissive and rude, always takes forever and they make you pull up 10 feet in front of the service window to try to improve their drive through time but it just ends up clogging it up worse and making people angry. I dont know how they get away with messing up orders and missing items as frequently as they do. Its worth the extra 20 minutes out of the way to go to the gilbertsville or audubon locations. read more

I went to this location for the first time, yesterday. I had a cravin' for some Taco Bell. The restaurant crew worked together like a well oiled machine. The young gentleman with the beard and tattoos was extremely kind to all patrons, even though there was a challenging room full of eccentric diners. He even thanked an elderly veteran for his service to our country. A very uplifting experience for me. There still are some courteous people out there. read more

When I was a teenager I loved the Taco Bell near my house -so I have given this place several tries. They seem to always need staff. So you have to wait not like at McDonald's- this is a longer wait. We usually get the Mexican food when we eat inside. This restaurant is also a Kentucky Fried Chicken. If they solve their short staff issues this could be a good fast food place. The chicken has never ever disappointed -we usually go threw the drive through for takeout chicken. I love that they have Baja Breeze Mountain Dew flavor here. This place serves the same tasty food that you'll find at any Taco Bell / KFC. Parking is OK and the dining room seemed clean. The downfall here is the service, which is 1 star horrible!!! Listen to the other 1 star reviewers here, and STAY AWAY! You can expect: Long waits on the drive through (from getting on the line to the order kiosk, from there to the window and then sitting at the window forEVER! The slowest location ever,always a line and it's not fast food it's slow. The food always tastes fine but the store is gross and a mess. The people that work there are the most grumpy and rude people. The guy at the drive through just mumbled and couldn't even say have a good day he just handed us the bag and shut the window. It's funny that the flyer in the window said always hiring great people because I can tell you that most of the people there are no where close to great. Pretty sure the one guy at the drive thru was on drugs. Don't recommend this location if you don't wanna wait 10-15 minutes for a small order. It's taco bell. it is what it is. But the drive through here is THE WORST. I'm writing this as my fiance is waiting in line. He's been there for over 20 minutes with only two cars in front of him. He could hear the orders well enough to tell me the first car got a "normal" amount of food for a drive through. But then that car was at the window for over 9 minutes passing food into and then out of the car. The order must have been incorrect. Then the passing of the sauces and the drinks, and the forks, and the napkins...why weren't those items already in a bag?! Then the car directly in front of him ordered about $45 worth of food. That is a LOT of food at a Taco Bell!! Then when they got to the window they reviewed the ENTIRE ORDER. If I ordered that amount of food, I'd want it to be correct as well. But I'd have the decency to go inside and know that it was going to be a while (although, let's be honest, I just want a taco and some nachos, I'd never order $45 worth of food at Taco Bell). I think they need to do a few things here. 1. If you have a large order or an order that will take a while (for whatever reason) you should be directed to a parking spot where someone will bring your food when it's ready so the line isn't held up. 2. This location needs to get it's shit together. 9 minutes at the window for a simple order is ridiculous. And my fiance just let me know he's finally on his way home after 29 minutes in the drive through as the 3rd vehicle. Pretty sure corporate wouldn't like that velocity! read more

Not the fastest service by any means but I didn't feel I waited a long time for my food. I tried the double cantina steak (I think that's what it's called) which was pretty nice and came with sour cream, hot salsa, and chips.The cashier also didn't get annoyed when I asked about some of the menu items, and I had a ten minute conversation with one of the employees on break on my way out. The only reason I ever go here is because I love Taco Bell and I think that it couldn't be as bad as the last time I visited. But, once again I was disappointed. After waiting more then 15 minutes to get my food when I got home I found the made multiple mistakes to my order. They added volcano sauce to the 1/2 pound combo burritos, put lettuce on a taco that I requested no lettuce on, forgot to give me a parfait I ordered and the 3 caramel apple empanadas were hard and dried out. Worst "fast" food service ever. Went through drive through and ordered 3 items: chick sandwich (plain), 3 soft taco, and chicken. Cashier had scabs all over his arms and nasty looking hands (thankfully I don't think he made the food.) Ask to pull up and the order would be right out. Behind me a lady waited 10 minutes for her food, while me, the girl, and the little ones waited. She eventually got her food, and then the guy behind her waited another 5 minutes... some how the fast food people forgot a order when you could see me waiting with flashers on. Went in, asked for a refund since we never got our food and manager was like what? doubt it. luckily one of they guys in back was like oh here is your food. Manger then threw it out and took another 10 minutes to issue the refund.... Horrible horrible service.
