Stopped here to treat my daughter to lunch. Extremely disappointed in their cleanliness of their facility. The store was a mess. I would not recommend ordering from here, because they do not clean up after themselves and the staff were wiping their faces with their hands and touching food. I do not understand how this location is open with all the negative review on this place. Please stop elsewhere they have a chick filet, Wendy's and McDonald's. read more

If I could give a 0 star this would be the absolute perfect establishment to do it for. I grew up in royersford and since I was way young its been known to avoid the horrible rofo kfc/taco bell due to various different reasons. This is the first attempt I have made at getting food from this place in probably over 5 years. Normally when I want taco bell I choose to go out of my way 15-20 minutes to the Phoenixville one to avoid the kind of experience I had today which I am not at all surprised about. I pull up to the taco bell, it's 4pm on a Monday just trying to get food after work on my way home. In the drive through we are immediately told that in order to place an order we have to come inside...why? who knows. You are forced to have to interact with these insufferable miserable monkey retards at the register which there is no avoiding. Its impossible to place a mobile order at this location so the options are drive through or in store register. Dumb miserable monkey bitch takes forever to "fix" the register. I then start ordering and one after another "thats not available here" "we dont have that here" "we dont have this either" until I finally asked well what the hell DO you have??? Cant have a burrito, Cant have a naked chicken chalupa, Cant have anything other than the regular Soft taco, and Crunchy taco. That is the extent of their availability in terms of the taco bell menu. Which really doesnt make sense since everything at taco bell for the most part is all the same shit just arranged differently. If you can make me a regular soft taco. Then you can make me a god damn burrito. But it actually makes perfect sense once you take into consideration the extent of the lazy monkey retards effort to make what is on the menu. I ended up ordering a bunch of regular tacos. Is this the end? No! of course not. Out of the 8 tacos that I got, they managed to make 4 of them taste like literal piss. I am almost certain this is due to the lazy monkey pre-making loads and loads of regular tacos WAYYYYYY far in advance, just so her brainless ass can do the least amount of work as possible throughout the day. Add onto the fact that almost everyone in the area has learned to avoid this place, those pre made tacos are just sitting there for hours and hours and hours, and eventually start to degrade and rot. God only knows what kind of food standards are being kept behind that register. Days old food still being served? Reused vats that have never been cleaned? None of those things would surprise me at all. I honestly have no clue how the hell this place is still open, When I was in middle school I thought the place was going to close soon. This was 10+ years ago. But if you compare this place in 2026 as to what it was like in 2014. 2026 version makes 2014 version seem like a gourmet 5 Michelin star. The degree it has degraded since then is unbelievable. Previously not thought possible without it being closed down, yet here we are. Possibly the worst Taco Bell / KFC across the board, as well as across the country. I have driven cross country many many times now, There is not a single Taco Bell / KFC establishment that comes even remotely close to being just half as bad as this place is, out of the HUNDREDS across the country I have been to. If this taco bell is not the #1 worst taco bell in the whole country, it is 1000% in the Top 10. I would rather get food from a homeless crackhead grilling roadkill on a shopping cart in the giant parking lot than ever make an attempt to eat here ever again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Ive given this location chance after chance and they just cant seem to get anything right or provide decent service. Always dismissive and rude, always takes forever and they make you pull up 10 feet in front of the service window to try to improve their drive through time but it just ends up clogging it up worse and making people angry. I dont know how they get away with messing up orders and missing items as frequently as they do. Its worth the extra 20 minutes out of the way to go to the gilbertsville or audubon locations. read more

I went to this location for the first time, yesterday. I had a cravin' for some Taco Bell. The restaurant crew worked together like a well oiled machine. The young gentleman with the beard and tattoos was extremely kind to all patrons, even though there was a challenging room full of eccentric diners. He even thanked an elderly veteran for his service to our country. A very uplifting experience for me. There still are some courteous people out there. read more

When I was a teenager I loved the Taco Bell near my house -so I have given this place several tries. They seem to always need staff. So you have to wait not like at McDonald's- this is a longer wait. We usually get the Mexican food when we eat inside. This restaurant is also a Kentucky Fried Chicken. If they solve their short staff issues this could be a good fast food place. The chicken has never ever disappointed -we usually go threw the drive through for takeout chicken. I love that they have Baja Breeze Mountain Dew flavor here. This place serves the same tasty food that you'll find at any Taco Bell / KFC. Parking is OK and the dining room seemed clean. The downfall here is the service, which is 1 star horrible!!! Listen to the other 1 star reviewers here, and STAY AWAY! You can expect: Long waits on the drive through (from getting on the line to the order kiosk, from there to the window and then sitting at the window forEVER! By the way, employees at the window may or may not know what your order is when you get there. For all of our trouble, they forgot an item! The slowest location ever,always a line and it's not fast food it's slow. The food always tastes fine but the store is gross and a mess. The people that work there are the most grumpy and rude people. The guy at the drive through just mumbled and couldn't even say have a good day he just handed us the bag and shut the window. It's funny that the flyer in the window said always hiring great people because I can tell you that most of the people there are no where close to great. Pretty sure the one guy at the drive thru was on drugs. Don't recommend this location if you don't wanna wait 10-15 minutes for a small order. It's taco bell. it is what it is. But the drive through here is THE WORST. I'm writing this as my fiance is waiting in line. He's been there for over 20 minutes with only two cars in front of him. He could hear the orders well enough to tell me the first car got a "normal" amount of food for a drive through. But then that car was at the window for over 9 minutes passing food into and then out of the car. The order must have been incorrect. Then the passing of the sauces and the drinks, and the forks, and the napkins...why weren't those items already in a bag?! Then the car directly in front of him ordered about $45 worth of food. That is a LOT of food at a Taco Bell!! Then when they got to the window they reviewed the ENTIRE ORDER. If I ordered that amount of food, I'd want it to be correct as well. But I'd have the decency to go inside and know that it was going to be a while (although, let's be honest, I just want a taco and some nachos, I'd never order $45 worth of food at Taco Bell). I think they need to do a few things here. 1. If you have a large order or an order that will take a while (for whatever reason) you should be directed to a parking spot where someone will bring your food when it's ready so the line isn't held up. 2. This location needs to get it's shit together. 9 minutes at the window for a simple order is ridiculous. And my fiance just let me know he's finally on his way home after 29 minutes in the drive through as the 3rd vehicle. Pretty sure corporate wouldn't like that velocity! read more

This place messes up orders a lot however last night was the worst they ever messed up. The only thing correct about my order was that the cashier entered it correctly. Not the fastest service by any means but I didn't feel I waited a long time for my food. I tried the double cantina steak (I think that's what it's called) which was pretty nice and came with sour cream, hot salsa, and chips.The cashier also didn't get annoyed when I asked about some of the menu items, and I had a ten minute conversation with one of the employees on break on my way out. Overall, it has a nice staff, not the fastest service, and the food tastes better than what I imagine dog food tastes like. read more

Will never return again but probably what they hope for because they can't keep up with the business. So after going to this Taco Bell off and on for the last year the last week has made me decide to write a review. Mind you if it were possible to earn 0 stars Taco Bell would have earned them. Had I wanted supreme tacos, twice this week, I would have ordered them. That being the case I don't like sour cream so why would I do that? But yet I get home and open my bag to supreme tacos again. I understand that we ordered a large amount of food, so the wait isn't the probably. But after driving the ten mins to get home, we made the mistake of even opening the bag. The only reason I ever go here is because I love Taco Bell and I think that it couldn't be as bad as the last time I visited. But, once again I was disappointed. After waiting more then 15 minutes to get my food when I got home I found the made multiple mistakes to my order. They added volcano sauce to the 1/2 pound combo burritos, put lettuce on a taco that I requested no lettuce on, forgot to give me a parfait I ordered and the 3 caramel apple empanadas were hard and dried out. Worst "fast" food service ever. Went through drive through and ordered 3 items: chick sandwich (plain), 3 soft taco, and chicken. Cashier had scabs all over his arms and nasty looking hands (thankfully I don't think he made the food.) Ask to pull up and the order would be right out. Behind me a lady waited 10 minutes for her food, while me, the girl, and the little ones waited. She eventually got her food, and then the guy behind her waited another 5 minutes... some how the fast food people forgot a order when you could see me waiting with flashers on. Went in, asked for a refund since we never got our food and manager was like what? doubt it. luckily one of they guys in back was like oh here is your food. Manger then threw it out and took another 10 minutes to issue the refund.... Horrible horrible service.
