They are still putting up some signage and getting the store ready, including the employees, who seemed a bit nervous but that's probably expected on opening day. In any case everyone was really personable and had smiles and hellos for all the customers. They seemed to have been well trained as my order went through without a hitch. I signed up for the rewards program as I expect to be there regularly. My tacos were a bit cool, but I did get them to go so that may have been a factor. I'd have preferred a bit more ground beef, but the chicken taco had plenty of protein. They were really good though and the Diablo queso was fantastic if you like a little heat. I got a brownie as I was checking out and it was fudgey and delicious! I'd have gone with 4 stars if this was an established store, but since it's opening day giving them the benefit of the doubt and going with 5. Plenty of parking in the private lot, nice clean store, friendly employees, and good food. Check them out!

Like I said, the food was good- felt like there wasn't enough. The lo mein had a nice wok flavor but could use some veggies or some other diversity in stir fry. It's a pf changs chain so I get it. We ordered the "Feast for Two," which I believe can be modified to feed up to five or six people. A "Feast for Two" allowed us each to choose from a limited menu: a soup or salad (each), an appetizer (to share), and an entree (each). My entree, the Mongolian Beef, was tasty and tender, and the portion sizes were good but not excessive. At a base price of $20.99 each, we felt it was a good value. Unfortunately, the delicious Cherry Blossom Martini (pictured) was offered at an extra cost. Overall, a great experience.

Every dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Service was fabulous! I also tried the elote, which was packed with flavor, and the fish taco, which was light, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The King Taco was another standout, and I really loved the queso birria taco; so rich, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a great birria taco. And you can't leave without trying their horchata, which was the perfect refreshing drink to go with all the food. I also had the opportunity to try their Baja fish taco which was another stand out for me! The fish was light, the Baja sauce was so flavorful and delish!
