I've been here about 5-6 times now, and they have never messed up my order. They are friendly and very fast. My food comes out hot and without any issues. This is a lot better than many Taco Bell locations I have been to. Buckle up. I've grown up just about a mile away from this Taco Bell, started going there at the end of high school, always a decent Taco Bell, fast drive thru, most of order is correct maybe one wrong item for a whole group of guys in a car, not bad. Sadly this Taco Bell is declining, food is not made right or at all, wait time per car is ~15 minutes. All I ask is we either remake this Taco Bell with a competent team, or just let the North Broadway Taco Bell die with dignity, just shut it down for a while, until someone who cares about running a quality franchise comes in and reopens one. This Taco Bell has single handedly assuaged me of that opinion. Although i see their staring wage signs steadily increase, the quality of the Taco Bell experience (already low expectations) continues to drop. This Taco Bell seems to somehow prove that the more you pay the workers, the worse the experience. This seems to break the economic laws around labor and wages, as if paying people more to make them work less. Of course it is possible that the team members themselves are actually putting in more effort for more pay. This leaves a couple of questions. Is a job at a 2022 Taco Bell too difficult for its staff to handle? Is the management too poor to put the staff in a position to succeed? read more

Be prepared to wait. It took 21mins from start to finish to get my food. 2 cars ahead of me took 16 mins and I wait another 3 mins before they were ready for my order when I pulled up. Made my order in 5 seconds was then told they don't have that in stock! (Doritos Locos Cool blue) I should have known better they always seem to be out of stock of whatever I'm craving. On the bright side the order was right and the food tasted fine, at this point no food poisoning yet so I'll call it a win. read more

Not the first time I have had issues with this location, but it is most definitely the last time. Chalupa shells were so old, that I have eaten fresher ones after they have sat out all night. its almost as if these had been sitting somewhere forgotten about and they were like... .Hmm these are still good. out ya go. All the staff is young, and not the slightest bit friendly. if this place shows the work ethic of this new generation, We are all F'd. This Taco Bell is so frustrating. Every time we order something that has alterations from the menu they nickel and dime us and still screw it up. Tonight ordered 4 chicken soft taco supreme with chipotle sauce, at first the kid tried to charge me $4.45 for each taco. I was upset by this so he called someone over for help and ended up charging me $3.50 for each taco. I get home and my husband said "this isn't what I asked for," they had done shredded chicken. I downloaded the app and made the order the way I asked and each taco should have only cost me $2.89!!! I know it's only 60 cents here and there but it adds up and it's super annoying! Will not be ordering from here unless it's through the app, because apparently the employees don't know how to use their system. read more

Apparently they decided to close early tonight due to a snow storm, which is fine. However they didn't shut their lights off until there was a line of cars in the drive thru. Then, didn't have the decency to tell the people in line they were closing early, you had to drive to the window for some coworker to say, "we're closed..." Wow! read more

Unsure if all the employees at this location quit, or are brand new. It used to be quick and easy but not anymore! The past couple days I've been trying to go here and I was stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes and couldn't leave because of how the drive through is designed. Food is really good and prices are fantastic. Only thing is, is it always takes 15 minutes to get the food. Great place if you're not in a hurry. One time I was there, the freezie machine wasn't working and the last time I was there the ice machine was broken. read more

I've always enjoyed this Taco Bell more than the other in Rochester. I got here around 12:30am so I went through the drive through. We were to have 3 separate orders but were told only 2 per car so I try to walk in but of course the lobby is locked after 11. She said either we can drive back around for one other order or leave. Not sure why this is a policy but it seems very odd to only let 2 orders per car. read more

If I could give negative stars, that'd be a start. The manager or owner, don't know which one, is an awful person. I get that it sucks being a middle aged man working at a Taco Bell at 1 am, but don't take it out on people who just wanna grab a bite. All because we can't afford to have cars shouldn't mean we can't eat food. If the manager person is so worried about us getting run over, why not open the dine-in area. I guess that's the thought process of a middle aged Taco Bell employee. Next time, just serve us food if it's obviously a mix up, especially since it's already prepared, then this wouldn't happen. I had not been to a Taco Bell in years but decided to stop in one Saturday morning to try their $2 Steak & Egg Stacker advertised on TV. When I arrived at the store, there were only 3 cars in the parking lot, so I figured I would be waited on quickly and be in and out in minutes. When I entered, the counter was abandoned. No one was at the register, no one to welcome or acknowledge me or take my order. I waited and waited. There was conversation back in the kitchen. Still no one came to the counter area. After 5 minutes, I figured I had waited enough. No one should have to wait that long to even be welcomed to place an order, and no register counter should be unattended. I started to walk around the counter to go to the kitchen, but decided a customer should not have to go to the kitchen to ask for service. You lost a sale to Chick-Fil-A. After complaining to the company, I received an automated email response stating that someone would get back to me. Its been over a week and no one has responded yet. I suppose it will be several more years before I bother with Taco Bell again. read more
