I can't believe I forgot to take pictures! The tacos are wonderful, very fresh ingredients great seasoning, really good stuff! We've always had wonderful service, very friendly staff and very clean inviting place. Go get you some tacos! read more

Awesome Tacos! Haven't been back in years and they have since expanded the space immensely. Food is good, prices are reasonable, and the staff was friendly. If you dine-in, you get chips and free sauces which is a fairly new concept to me. We got the 4 tacos and ramen which was more than enough for two. Tacos were flavorful and done well. Ramen looked oily and heavy but it wasn't too bad. The ramen noodles itself was a bit too soft so a thicker brand may have absorbed the noodles better. All minor things. Look forward to visiting again and trying other menu items! read more

This establishment has degraded horribly since late 2025. The woman with uneven eyeliner that usually works the register is blatantly rude to customers. She has snarky replies, fake enthusiasm, and horrible customer service. The cooks stopped putting effort into the food - you can taste how low the quality is. The restrooms - especially the men's - are filthy all the time. The margarita glasses they use don't get washed properly either, you can see the stains inside the glass from not being sanitized correctly. Overall, the vibe of the restaurant is okay. They usually have music blasting that sometimes helps you get in a better mood. But the customer service and food itself is absolutely terrible, they do not care about you at all unless you're one of their regulars. read more

I was staying in a hotel awaiting a surgical appointment at Mayo the next day so Door Dash was my answer. The Vampiritos caught my eye on the Coronas Tacos menu and I kept coming back to wanting those! My BFF and my spouse both love Mexican food so we did have expectations. The Super Vampiritos with Beef when dipped into the au jus are the best things I have ever eaten. My BFF said that the Chimichanga with Chicken was good. He would eat it again if it was in front of him but he would order something else because the chicken was bland. Probably barbacoa. My spouse had specific descriptions for a veggie bowl and taco. They tried and met some of the asks but missed a couple as well. We purchased a bowl of corn to share and it had no flavor to it at all. Barely even corn flavor. However, the flan was awesome. I was very happy with my meal but taking into account the entire party's experience of the food, I would give 3 stars, but it was FAST and they really tried to meet the special requirements ... So I give them 4 stars. read more

We were a party of five that visited on a weekday, around five p.m. It was almost deserted in the restaurant, only one other table. The staff treated us like we were bothering them. The food was absolutely disgusting, everything had a strange vinegar taste to it. The barria Ramen was the worst with the vinegar taste. My cheese quesadillas was hard, the cheese had no melt to it at all, despite being hot. We all shared a couple pieces of tres Leche cake that was like eating saw dust, it was that dry. We actually moved tables because ours was crusted with dried food and grease. Our next table wasn't any better. The only positive was that we didn't get ill from eating here. read more

Wow!!! The tacos were EXCELLENT. And so were the nachos. You get a great amount of food. Loved the sauces, too. Such a great gem, so glad to have tried this. Already craving more!!! Nice they also have vegetarian options, too! read more

Ate some street tacos at Thursday's on first (summer festival) and will definitely be visiting the food truck for more food! The tacos were the best tacos I've eaten since leaving Texas. Steak and chicken street tacos were tender and flavorful with fresh toppings. Corn tortillas were perfectly warmed to make the most delicious taco. read more

Food was amazing. Unbeatable flavor in their burritos and quesadilla. Compared to the quick serve burrito places I would take Corona's every time. The service is great and it is all cooked to order. Don't hesitate. read more

Good serving size, the vamparitos said they would come with beans but they didn't. It was no big deal but I would not have gotten chips if I would have known I was already getting chips with my meal. Salsa's were average, but the vamp tacos were really good. read more

Full disclosure- the first taco truck we wanted to go to wasn't open despite their hours posted on yelp. The second place was also closed, so this was our third choice as we drove down the road. They didn't have a Yelp listing so figured I'd get them on the map. We had 3 orders of the steak tacos and over group concense were they were good. The prices seem about avg and the staff/ assumed owners were polite & helpful. If you want to pre order they suggested giving them a call 507-513-3464 & they'll have it ready for you Food: Good Price: Good Service: Great - I'll be back. read more

No food truck but found their location in the skywalk. Quick pickup got me enjoying a burrito with carnitas (shredded pork), seasoned rice, pico de gallo, corn, black beans, shredded lettuce, mozzarella and sour cream. Carnitas had a good flavor and nicely complemented the fresh pico de gallo and other ingredients. read more

As someone who frequently eats in Tijuana I can tell you this is as authentic as it gets. By far the best tacos in town. And the couple who own Coronas are so nice. Love this place! read more

We have eaten here several times and always happy with our food. Yesterday we had a burrito bowl and a vampirittos. The person taking orders insulted my wife asking her if she knew what steak was. The bowl had limited beans and a burnt taste with the rice. Portions were great and we will try again. Also, turn down the music when customers are ordering. thanks till we try again. read more

Delicious and affordable. The consommé was slick and full of flavor. Very authentic tacos.

Excellent food and very happy to support this small business. Will order again and again.

Best tacos in Rochester hands down. Love the barbacoa banprichos (idk if that's spelt right). Salsas are good, wish they had one that was really spicy. read more

I've ordered from here twice now. The tacos were great, I've gotten chicken and pork, both were good. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. Rice and beans were also great! The salsas had a good kick to them. Ordered via GrubHub, cheap delivery and quick. Will order from here again next time I'm in town. read more

This is my husband and I favorite taco truck in town. I love that they have a kids menu. It's the perfect size for me! The green salsa is super mild. The red is super spicy. I wish the offered a medium salsa I love that I can call and by the time I get there my food will be ready. I Highly recommend this taco truck. read more

I absolutely love Mexican food and heard good things about this place. It missed the mark for me, the carnitas have little flavor and to me it tastes like they are soaked in water until used, also watch out for the chunks of fat from what seems like skin. Usually when making carnitas you use a pork shoulder or butt with no skin so this is a little different. I ordered nachos as well and the style was not for me. The "cheese" on top of the nachos looked and tasted like cottage cheese. The nachos had no melted cheese on it just this mock queso fresco it was actually repulsive. read more

This place has the best carne asada burrito i have ever had since i left the west coast! Thank you guys awesome food

We had the carnitas and Barbacoa tacos both were awesome. We also got some chips and guacamole. I recommend giving this place a try.
