For some this might be alittle TMI so please dicontinue with the reading of the rest of this post and trust that they have nice and friendly service, for those that dont get easily offended, I was on my way to work when I felt the "bubbles in my stomach". I knew I wasn't going to make it anywhere else close and Taco Bell was the closest place open so early in the morning. I walked in and immediately read the sign that read: "RESTROOMS ARE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY" knowing that I would be doomed if I walked out, I decided to just ask the nice Asian gentleman behind the counter if I could use the lady facilities. He didn't even flinch or turn me away. He nicely said "absolutely" and opened it up for me. Thank you Taco Bell and your friendly employee who just saved my ass- literally! read more

I ordered thru door dash app. Taco Bell employees don't read special requests. I've ordered the burrito supreme several times and always request extra sour cream. They have never accommodated that request except for once the door dash driver asked for a side of sour cream. It's definitely causes me to skip over ordering from them again. Not to mention they charge $7 delivery thru door dash. I stick with places that only charge $2 plus tip. read more

I just went through the drive thru and the service I received was less than unsatisfactory. I was rushed through my entire order. To no surprise when I got to the window I was shorted a drink, my food order was completely wrong and they kept telling me that my card was declined and I said there's no way it was declined and she said oh no it's our machine. So, why would she tell me it was declined if she knows there machine was messing up. She almost dumped all of our food on the ground handing it to us. Just walked in to use restroom and order food. Used restroom first - and that made my decision not to eat here . The restroom missing toilet paper , seat cover , and paper towels - hand dryers are useless . Piss all over toilet and floor - disgusting ! We went through the drive thru the 1st time and when we got home almost half the item we ordered were incorrect. We went back to let them know about the problem but instead of helping us she has a BAD ATTITUDE and SOUR FACE and refused to fix it and then proceeded to close the drive thru window and not speak to us any longer...She needs to be FIRED...The franchise owners of this Taco Bell really need to look at who they have working there. This place gets busy, but the staff can keep their cool. Mario L at the register is very polite and treats everyone with respect even when the line is out the door. This is a skill not most people have and he should be recognized for this. All the staff here work well under pressure. The food does not take long, but if it is busy I don't mind waiting. Taco Bell gives me those last night fill ups which is great. Just not at this location. Visited the drive thru around 10:30 pm, one other car ahead of us, I wonder if their order was messed up too. I ordered a tostada with no cheese, a 7 layer burrito with no sour cream/ no cheese with added potatoes, and a bean burrito with no cheese/no sour cream and added potatoes. The tostada came with cheese sauce, the 7 layer burrito had sour cream in it, and the bean burrito was practically an onion burrito (it had more onions in it than beans). I love the options Taco Bell has for vegetarians/ vegans but now I feel like I can't trust this location to give the correct order. I had a very bad customer service experience here on 9/19/17. Store on Magnolia. Went to Drive Thru paid with my credit card. Got my food. They didn't give me a receipt. Server said cash register ran out of paper? When I started complaining Mgr lied and said my card was denied. Actually showed him I had hundreds of dollars in my account . Placed an order online for pick up, during pick up the cashier informs Me that they had just ran out of Pepsi and refused to give me a refund on my drink after I had told him I just had wanted to take the drink off the order. Came through the drive thru had to wait over ten minutes I was very specific about what I wanted no beans no rice extra cheese in a burrito supreme and a Dorito nacho Cheese taco my daughter ordered a steak chalupa I didn't even get anything close to my order the taco was ok not even all that good but that's because it wasn't fresh at all and my daughter her chalupa was hard so now we back waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive thru the man In The window was apologetic and offered to remake the order but at this point there was nothing he could do for me I didn't even ask for my money back my daughter had her chalupa replaced and seemed ok with it but the over all experience for the food was a negative star for me. We spent almost $20 for 2 cold orders of nacho fries a hard chalupa and the wrong burrito all together I got beans and rice only in a burrito that was supposed to be meat and cheese, I love giving good reviews for good service and food this was really bad to try to serve some one old food after waiting in the drive thru all that time I work hard for my money how dare you try to get over like that, it was a lesson learned I will not return to any Taco Bell and it's shame too the food is really good when served fresh read more
