It's your standard Taco Bell. They were out of the tortillas for the crunch wrap supreme so that was disappointing because that's the only thing I'll eat here. WOW if I could give zero stars I would. So waiting the 22 min indoors for our order was the least of our problem today. When we walked in there was a family in front of us and a man already waiting, my boyfriend and I had a small order of 5 items. Obviously they were understaffed because the one who appeared to be the Manager (white male, about 6 ft blonde hair) was making the food. Might I add without an apron which is an automatic Critical VIOLATION when it comes to food safety and the Health Department. During the 22 min of being here not one person changed there gloves, after touching disgusting grease buckets and unsantized handles. After almost 15 min. Of us waiting we could see the manager start our order. My boyfriend ordered a Nacho Bel Grande (no tomatoes hes allergic). As this manager started making the nachos I could see what appeared to be tomatoe being put on, he says "shit" and takes it off to the side, I thought is this MANAGER really walking over to scrape them off. No he can't be this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. WELL HE DID I said to the cashier your boss better remake that or he's looking to be sued my boyfriend is allergic. The manager appeared stressed and frustrated. He begings remaking the nachos but instead of chips does fries??? Now were pissed I said where is the gap here? He did it wrong again, instead of apologizing to us for his incompetence the manager yells at his team member in front of 3 different familes at this point, and says now because of you, i had to waste 2 large oders. And walks him over to the register and coaches the team member. How embarassing for this young kid. No wonder this taco bell is hiring, clearly people quit because this Manager is so ridiculous. Taco bell is a franchise and if this was my store you may want to reconsider who you have leading your team. I will be making a formal complaint with the health department on my findings. read more

A few days ago I went to order some lunch for my friend who is VEGETARIAN. I know they have VEGETARIAN options, so I knew what to order already. As I walk up to the cashier, I immediately knew that they were going to be a pain in the neck. I gave the cashier a smile and said hi, but she didn't even smile back. I asked for a crunchy taco with the VEGETARIAN option. She rudely asked me, "with beans then?!" I said, "yes the vegetarian! Thank you!" She told me even more rudely the same question. I had already clarified that it's the beans, but she still decided to be a pain in the neck. After, I was just done. She was rude about almost everything. I'm giving this place two stars just because I love their food otherwise, I'd give this place 0 stars. She is literally the first person to greet you! Soooo irritated by this location & Taco Bell in general at the moment! We've ordered from their mobile app in the past and never had an issue. Unfortunately, that was not the case on July 8th. I placed an order of almost $32 using the mobile app. My husband stopped to pick up the food on his way home from work and the cashier let him know they did not have any record of our order. My husband showed them the receipt in our Taco Bell app. as well as the receipt that Taco Bell had emailed us for our order. The cashier said there was still nothing he could do since he couldn't see it on their end. My husband asked for the manager who was not apologetic and basically reiterated the same thing. She said we would need to pay the almost $32 again if we wanted the food that night. I told my husband no way we were doing that. I tried calling customer service, but they were already closed for the day. The manager told my husband the charge would "automatically drop off." I emailed customer service that night to explain my frustration, as well as called them the next morning, neither response over the phone or email was very apologetic, but basically said "yeah it happens, but the charge will fall off in a few days... if it doesn't then contact us again." Fast forward a few days and the charge settled to our account and was not automatically refunded and did not drop off like they had all suggested. I emailed back customer service to explain my concern... this was LAST WEDNESDAY and I never received a reply... I emailed them AGAIN this past Wednesday after a week had gone by and let them know I filed a dispute with my credit card company so that the money would be refunded since they weren't replying. They FINALLY responded to my last email today and said to wait "3-4 days" for the refund... no apology at all for having kept our money for 12 days now, never having given us any food, and still to this day never apologizing or offering anything for the inconvenience, not over the phone, not in person and not through email. Not that I want anything from them now, and I would have been happy with just an apology, but I guess even that was too much to ask of them. Extremely upset and disappointed with the company, but it all started here with this manager and our experience & her refusal to even apologize or make us feel better about the situation from the start. I definitely recommend not using their mobile app. unless you like having companies hold on to your money for a couple weeks and not giving you the food you paid for. If you must visit I recommend using cash and choosing a different location if possible. This one is super close to my house, but if I visit Taco Bell again in the future it definitely won't be at this store. I'm going to try to avoid that though, because I hate giving our hard earned money to companies who don't value their customers. read more

I used to love taco bell when I ate fast food all the time. I have been on a diet and watch what I've been eating for a while now, so when I decided to eat out somewhere like this I get excited. I used to come during the day when the dining room is open and they've always been quick inside. But for some reason if you go through the drive thru, be prepared to wait. I have come here on occasion late night on my way back home since I live down the street to grab something quick in the drive through which ended up being a bad idea. Not quick at all, ever. Every time I've gotten there at night there are multiple cars ahead of me that have been waiting who knows how long, i wait at least 20 minutes and can't back out because by the time I decide to try and back out, theres a line backed out of the drive through to the street. The food is at least the same quality as other taco bells but dear lord, please speed up the drive through. It's supposed to be FAST FOOD! read more

I went through the drive thru and I was told to hold before ordering which is fine, they only had one car in front of me and looked pretty slow inside but whatever I'll wait. I waited at least a minute and the girl came back on the intercom telling me to order now with an attitude as if she was waiting for me?? Wtf so I order a #1, extra crunchy tacos, cinnamon twist and a chicken burrito for my sister. She asked me what to drink and I said Baja blast, "we don't have Baja blast" again with an attitude, then I asked her if she had a type of sweet tea available she said just plain "no". Ok I asked her for any type of fruit punch instead, to which she answered, "we have Gatorade" AGAIN with attitude. By this time I had it with this snotty b***. I told her I didn't want that and told her " just give me sprite or whatever you have that resembles that" and she replies. "WE HAVE PESPI PRODUCTS WE DON'T HAVE SPRITE!" At this point I'm like what in the hell is wrong with this girl my God!! I asked her "OK so what do you have that's like sprite?" "Sierra Mist" YOU GUESSED IT, with attitude! I'm thinking finally my GOD! So I go and pay and she straight gives me attitude and almost drops my soda! She wasn't holding it securely when she practically threw it in my face. Then when I got the bag she purposely threw all the cinnamon twist in the bottom of the bag, the little bag was completely upside down!! My daughter and sister ate their food, though my sister said her burrito was cold my burrito was extremely cold and it was Disgusting after just one bite. I left the receipt in my car and I'll be making another complaint later today. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK. I very rarely write reviews,this is actually only my second one in a couple years. But this annoyed me THAT much to where a review seemed necessary. Ive been craving taco bell dont ask why,but finally decided to drive there this morning. I kept my order short and sweet,2 bean burritos....it seriously cant get any easier than that. Tell me why i get all the way home to find i only have ONE burrito???!! SERIOUSLY!!! And to piss me off further i try calling cuz i dont exactly live across the street,and they dont pick up theyre friggin phone!!! It instead gets sent to a fax machine!! I called the number on the receipt AND i looked it up online jus to make sure there wasnt a second number. So now if i want my damn burrito which i do cuz im still hungry i have to drive my ass alllllll the way over there again and waste gas AND 20 more minutes of my precious free time before i go into work for a dollar burrito. This some BS. And i bet theyll jus say oh sorry n hand me a cold ass burrito. No free drink or nothin to make up for lost time AND gas...nope. Just a oopsy poopsy tee hee.
