Natalie was a gem. She's the local DM and it was really nice to have an adult convo with a younger person who def has their act together. The food was awesome- the Cantina bowl is truly amazing. This interaction could have gone really bad, really fast. When I approached the counter, I was asked right away if I was using the app to order.This is what's becoming routine at all of the drive throughs and fast food restaurants. I'm a geek.I was programming computers before most people reading this were a thought in their parents' head.. The first thing that I asked her was the kiosk accessible. It was NOT and #TacoBell, you need to do something about this, pronto. I looked it over.There's some sort of speaker or plate that's supposed to be attached to the kiosk.There is an audio speaker button.But that's not going to help somebody that's blind.I taught blind children my entire life and my daughter died a quadriplegic. This Taco Bell is the same as every other Taco Bell. Unfortunately, when ordering off the vegetarian menu our supreme nacho fries came loaded with meat. I also think because of the ordering kiosk, there was no one at the counter. When we tried to return the item it took forever to get anybody's attention. They did make it right and the food tasted fine. I guess they concentrate more on the drive-through. Would suggest using that in the future. read more

Every time I've come here it's been obscenely slow, and their prices are consistently higher than all other Taco Bell's (which is ironic, since service is so poor), but this time was the cherry on top.. I ordered in the drive thru, and then sat in line for 25 minutes without it moving. Eventually I realize that the reason were not moving is because all of the employees are outside while one of them is yelling and having an absolute meltdown. Finally, they go back in and once I get to the front of the line, the girl tells me that they're understaffed and 'can't do anymore food for the night'. After I already ordered 25 minutes ago, and could SEE my drinks sitting there!! I just had to leave with nothing! Its 100% worth it to just drive 10 minutes to the next Taco Bell. I've been to many Taco Bells and I know it's 'just fast food' but within the fast food market there is definitely higher class than others. I've been to this location a few times and it's always reluctantly. This most recent visit resulted in confirmation of this. Food ended up okay but they completely lack any unsweetened tea (a standard at pretty much all Taco Bells), their prices are high for the chain (1.59 for a soft fresco taco?), and the wait was pretty slow despite being the only customer at the time (standard for this location). It's the only one around within probably at least a 7 mile radius, if not more, so if you're really craving it, I guess eat at your own risk. I should really learn my lesson though. Again, at these prices, it's not even very cost effective anymore. read more

Last night i seriously waited almost an hour in line. I'm not even exaggerating. Worst experience of my life. You can't even get out of line because there's curbs on both sides of the drive through. I was really contemplating on going over the curb after being in line for 30 minutes without even getting to order yet. I pull into the Taco Bell drive thru here and there are two cars in the line, thinking to my self that it will be a brief stop, I stopped. After ordering a plethora of food and the guy working messing up the order THREE TIMES I say forget it and pull up with the order that was on the screen, after waiting ten minutes at the window starting to get pissed off the lady hands me a cherry Pepsi, which I ordered, and a small water... I ordered a large one. I say "where is my strawberry slushie" and after argueing with the lady for a few minutes that I ordered one... I gave up. I said fuck the strawberry slushie and give me my food. After receiving almost everything in the order (they handed 10 different things to me in one large bag that looked like it was smashed down to fit everything in it) I open up my fritto burrito and it looks like flaccid white dick (not a big one).
