We found this place after going to the Armada Flea Market on a Sunday morning. We managed to just beat the crowd as it was lined up out the door when we left. The food was delicious and the prices were incredibly low. I got a veggie egg white omelette with tomato slices (other choices were hashbrowns or pancakes) and rye toast for $5.69!!! My friend got the pancake special that came with eggs, sausage and 6 silver dollar pancakes for $5.99. Like I said, this was a Sunday so those were not special weekday prices those were their regular prices!! Service was good and the food was great I would definitely come back here again!!

I go here once in awhile. I love their food. It is a Greek restaurant. Their food is not expensive, but very good. I had the flaming cheese ( I don't know how to spell the actual name for it ) that is amazing! Then I had a bowl of lemon rice soup. The soup was very hot when I got it and took awhile to cool off. Thy have the best Arnold Palmers I have ever had. The chicken pot pie is so good and worth your money! So the reason why I only give them four stars is because, of there bathrooms!! The bathroom stall door does not lock. ( they only have one stall ). And then when you try to go to the bathroom while trying to hold the door closed, someone will walk in. Lucky I was out of the bathroom when they did. Not convenient at all. Please fix your bathroom! Overall the food is great for under $10. It's a quick, good, dinner! Nothing fancy. I most definitely trying this place. (:

Wonderful stick-to- your-ribs home cooking! The stuffed cabbage is awesome (coming from a good Polish girl! ) and the shrimp Alfredo dazzled me. Delicious grub at great prices!

Their food is delicious, Greek dressing is the best in the area, very nice staff. We drive through often when we're in the area.

Pegasus Taverna in Detroit was such a great find. Service was spot on too, super friendly and attentive without being too much. We went on a Monday evening during the Detroit fireworks, which made it even more fun. Food-wise, the traditional Greek dishes were the highlight. The saganaki was done perfectly, the lamb shank in tomato sauce with rice was rich and comforting, and the gyro was easily one of the best we've had. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to try more dishes.

I lived in Astoria for a couple of years, and could walk to some great Greek restaurants. But I've never had anything like this. First, the dolmas were hard and dry. I've always had them quite wet, basically marinated, and these were bone dry. No ground meat was detectable. The taramousalata was just...flavorless pink fluff. It wasn't even salty! And we were served a basket of bread that was probably the highlight of the meal, in that it was actually pretty good bread -- but it wasn't pita! I've never not been served pita bread with mezze dips. They were out of the grilled octopus, but suggested the cold octopus instead?? I'm not sure why, but at least that was also edible. The retsina I was brought not only had an off chemical taste (and I love a good, piney, resin-y retsina), but it tasted very watered down. My friend said his spanakotiropeta was OK, at least, although he agreed with me on the rest, which is a shame, because I LOVE taramousalata, and I was excited for him to try it.
