Come here a lot & specifically get the same thing all the time. A hand full of times I've asked for steak in replacement of chicken for the chalupas and every single time without fail I get home disappointed to find chicken. The service is always quick & the cashiers are always nice but now I understand they rather get the food out quicker then putting in the effort to get the order right. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a little over a year now and I don't understand why the reviews are so negative. This place is one of the only fast food restaurants in Princeton that has had consistently good service. The staff is usually friendly. They're pretty fast with orders. I eat here almost every weekend and they rarely ever make mistakes with my food. They read back your order to make sure it's right. They just updated their outside menu to make it easier to see. People have one small inconvenience and they give this place 1 star and a dumb rant. I don't get it. Trust me, I am a Taco Bell nutcase. Worst Taco Bell in Collin County. Food is always stale and cold. Burritos are always half empty and they are always out of certain items.

I'm a fan of Taco Bell. I like the tacos and the bean burritos, so we decided to go drive through and get some food. The girl that took our order was very nice, easy to understand and hear, and she didn't interrupt me one time! I was happy until I got home and pulled the food out of the bag. Everything was there, but the tortillas making up the burritos were stale and hard. My bean burrito had hardly any beans! It was nearly empty, and the beans that were there were stale too. I called to let them know, and I first complimented the order taker, then explained the food issue. The manager didn't offer to fix the issue or replace the crappy stale food. It's unfortunate. We could have gone anywhere to spend our money supporting any of the open restaurants, and we wasted our outing and money at Taco Bell. Shame.... read more

This store is the worst experience that I have ever had from any Taco Bell in my entire time of going to Taco Bell. They either get your order wrong, or you get home and the tacos have a tablespoon of meat in them, the bean burrito looks more like a tortilla with a smear of bean on it or you get a power bowl and they put it in a paper box instead of a bowl. Do these employees get any training and is there any supervision or management going on at all. Although when you pay a shift supervisor $13.00 an hour not sure how much you can expect. I don't know if it is the time of day and this particular crew that is working but it is horrible. This Taco Bell is the boil on the butt of all Taco Bell's! On the chips there was a small amount of cheese on one end and small amounts of beef and beans. Asked if we could get more cheese and was given one small cup of cheese with the comment "that is all she could give us". Okay, we stopped by Taco Bell in Princeton for a quick bite on our way home today. I checked the Taco Bell Website and saw where they no longer serve Encharitos or Meximelts. Due to a medical condition I cant eat much and I can not eat anything spicy. According to the TB web site, most employees know what they are and how to prepare them and will fix it for you if you ask. I asked and the young man preparing the food said he could and would make me 2 meximelts and I requested easy on the pico (remember I can eat spicy. I just know that they came with beef, lots of cheese, some sauce and pico on a small rolled up flour tortilla and then toasted. I also ordered just some cheese nachos. The nachos came with literally 4 and 1/2 chips. I was charged $2.00 for 2 (not meximelts) but two cheesy rollups. Then they charged me .78 cents for the pico that would have come on a meximelts and I was charged an additional $1.20 for a tablespoon of meat on each rollup. They were never toasted or warmed and the small amount of cheese didn't even melt. It wasn't edible. I took it back requesting more chips which I got, I explained that the meximelts were not melted so he put them in the microwave. They sell the cheesy rollup for $1.00 each. They lied and told me they would fix the meximelts but did not. They just charge extra money to get something almost similar. I think it's sad when you go to eat at a restaurant and you usually end up saying. "Well, we have to remember that this is Princeton after all." We're I the owner I get a handle on it quick as Princeton is growing and they will not grow with it if they keep cheating customers. read more

The place is really slipping. Service has been much slower the past few months. Couple nights ago, my wife went there to get us a couple of tostadas. They said they were out of tostada shells.
