First couple times I went here it was ok. I order through the app and pick up in the dining room. I was told at 3:00 in the afternoon the dining room was closed. Had to go thru the drive thru in a vehicle with no air conditioning. I ordered a supreme lux box and a couple taco supremes. All crammed into a small bag. It was over 100 that day. Then The next couple times I ordered, basically the same thing, again it was crammed into 1 small bag. Once the bag ripped and my nachos ended up all over the ground. The drink fountain looks like they never clean it. The sauce packets needed refilled. The last time I went on, today, I had to ask for my cup which was clearly marked on the tag. Went to taco bell at about 12pm, I know that's late. Sat behind one car for 15 minutes just for them to hand out the wrong food. The service champion at the window took the food back from the car after seeing them rummaging through it and handed them the correct food. We pulled up to the window and the service champion tried to hand us the same food she just gave out. We asked if they'd kindly remake the food because of what we just witnessed and the response we got was just attitude. I understand that you don't expect A+ service and food at Taco Bell, but come on. We were the only people inside when we ordered. I had the time to write and publish a book on drive through vs dine in waiting times and come back all for just 3 chalupa combos. When it came time to wipe my face covered in the excessive sour cream they added, I realized they forgot our drinks and put no napkins in the bag. Did I forget to mention that I ordered a freeze and never received it? But the cherry on top was the meat to taco ratio. Go to the store buy some chopsticks and try to stack as much chicken as possible on them and put whatever fits in a tortilla, afterwards pack it with lettuce and cheese. Thought we'd get better food than usual because they weren't busy and so could take time to prepare properly. Wrong. Double crunch crunch wrap box: tacos had a little meat, little cheese, (that didn't melt) and a string of lettuce, no tomato. Crunch wrap had a small, even partial scoop of meat on one side, cheese amount, okay. Again lettuce and tomato serving a couple of tidbits. Big problem: food was all on one side of tortilla which had not been closed over properly, thus, they burned the one piece of lettuce. Very disappointed. Nice clerk only positive. read more

I don't typically review common chain restaurants, because you know what you're getting. It's basically the same at every location. Except for this mess of a Taco Bell. It's so poorly run that when I want the Bell, I drive way out to the other location. No joke, I once sat in a backed up line for drive thru that didn't inch forward until the two girls who were smoking behind the dumpster finished their breaks. One of them was the cashier. Going inside isn't any better. It's a filthy, horribly run place. I'm impressed they are still open. read more
