The cheese was scorched onto the tortilla, and the mushrooms were seared into crunchy little bits. I genuinely did not know mushrooms could achieve that level of crunch until today. Someone in our party ordered the Pollo de Mar dinner, which was overpriced and, unfortunately, just as disappointing. Between the unnecessary time limit, the waiter arguing with me over a drink I clearly didn't like, the salt-lick margaritas, scorched tacos, and overpriced food, this was definitely not the experience we were expecting. The to-go margarita cup was probably the highlight. Unfortunately, I didn't want to take the margarita anywhere and threw it away.
