Taco Bell is like an 8 out of 10 times, absolutely ideal late-night/pig-out/sloppy drive thru option. Staff was young, high,and ambivalent. This is the worst location I've eaten at in some time. Crunchwrap was below average and is usually a safety pick for me. Soft Taco that came with it was just meh, and not that appetizing. They screwed up the Mexican Pizza. Tasted like plastic. Furthermore, they threw the food in the bag, nothing was fully wrapped, bits and pieces were leaking into each other. Whole thing was awful. Taco Bell. You might have a newly renovated location here. But the team and the food needs that treatment too. read more

I've been to this fine establishment a few times now and can confidently say it's the best Taco Bell that I've been to in the Pittsburgh area. The service is decently quick, they keep their sauces/utensils stocked, and they certainly don't skimp on the filling. The food always comes out hot and stuffed. My order included 3 crunch wraps. On all three crunch wraps, they completely left out the "crunch" part of it. It wasn't that it got soggy. It just wasn't there. Also, one of them was supposed to have a substitution of red sauce instead of nacho cheese sauce. They charged me the extra dollar but did not actually do the substitution. Look I like Taco Bell sometimes and understand it is nothing fancy, but for Pete's sake learn how to make the items on the menu properly. I never ordered a Big Mac from mcDonalds where is was missing one of the burger Patties. And BTW this Taco Bell charges like a dollar more per item than other Taco Bells for some reason. read more

Order was completely wrong. when we went in to go get our food corrected there was a customer in front of us trying to get their food using a translator because they didn't speak english. the employee (believe it was the manager) yelled "I can't do this right now. learn english" while saying other cuss words. I know 5-star ratings of Taco Bell probably are hard to come by, but I just wanted to shout out the service one employee at this location. Jenny went above and beyond for every person that came in while we were eating. She made sure to run out and wipe down our table before we sat down and told us it was "her pleasure to make sure we had a clean space to eat". In the time we were there, we watched her go out of her way to accommodate delivery drivers picking up mobile orders, going as far as orchestrating a pickup strategy for a driver who needed to grab another order while he waited. Last, but certainly not least, an older gentlemen was trying to explain the menu to his wife over the phone and she was having trouble understanding. Jenny quickly hopped on the phone with her, walked her through the menu and helped her make a selection. Finding employees like this isn't easy in the fast food industry. If you read my reviews and check ins then you know how I feel about quality, authentic foods. I live and breathe for them. But, I also live and breathe for Taco Bell. Some fast food just really gets me and TB is no exception. Stop at this location often before or after seeing a movie. I'm super sad though that the verde sauce is no longer available. Because this restaurant is on the way to a lot of places that I frequently go, I have dined here (or had food from here) no less than 20 times (since the pandemic began). I suppose the service is prompt enough and I have never had an instance of rudeness, but there has been only one occasion in all those times that I have -ever- received what I ordered. Sometimes its small things, like ignoring my request for no sour cream and forgetting the sauce, but more often than that entire meals are missing and if they ever provide enough food, ours is typically replaced with things that we didn't order. So if you love surprises and don't mind cold food, I can recommend this place, but otherwise it's rather had to believe this place is still open. read more

Fantastic experience last night. The gentleman working the drive through was incredible, I didn't catch his name but he was wearing a black puffy jacket. He loaded me with sauce. On top of that he made my girlfriend think she was stunting and complimented her credit card, like she was a gigantic envelope of cash. He displayed professionalism and incredible customer service. On top of that the food items were delicious and cooked to perfection. The icy Baja Blast was a delicacy to be had. One of the greatest culinary experiences I've ever had. read more

This place is horrible. The staff is completely disinterested and at times just plain rude. I consistently receive meals that are not as ordered. They seem to frequently "run out" of core menu items. The place is not well kept. I will take my business to Harmarville in the future. read more

To put it simply Taco Bell is the BOMB. No not every Taco Bell is created equal. This Taco Bell out Waterworks Mall is superior to all others in the region. That my be an exaggeration but hey that's how I feel. So many fond memories with my family and friends eating at this Taco Bell. No trip to Waterfront is complete with out eating here first. The restaurant is kept clean, the foods comes out quick and they are not skimpy on the taco fillings and plus they serve some menu items from Pizza Hut, that's a plus in my book. read more

Store was dirty: tables needed cleaned, sauces and napkins littered about, the soda fountain disgusting...The staff were rude and act like the customers are a burden to them. I don't have high expectations when I go for fast food, but it would be nice to be greeted with a simple smile (even a fake one would suffice.) read more

I dont normally make reviews, but this place has gone downhill fast. The last few times I've ordered the food was put together extremely sloppily and falling apart or using old ingredients that are either stale or were left out too long. My soft taco shouldn't be hard. Better off going to the location in Etna or buy a taco kit from the dollar store. read more

after waiting in the Fox Chapel drive thru lane for a long long time, I pulled up to the microphone and the girl said something so muffled and fast I couldn't understand her. I asked her to repeat and she said it the same way. finally I placed an order and pulled up the the pay window. she then asked me to pull around to the front and wait for them to bring out my order. I drove back 1/4 mile to my house only to find that the 5 soft tacos were smashed and cold. the crunchy taco supremes were soggy and cold too. it appeared that the food sat in the bag and steamed. it was almost 30 dollars for cold soggy smashed food in a bag. this place is consistent with poor quality food. this place needs manager help. read more

I ordered 3 items in the drive thru on a slow sunday night. When I got to the window the woman was very polite. I waited maybe 2-3 minutes for my food and when I got it, everything was hot and fresh. A lot of times the potatoes are hit or miss, but at this location they came fresh from the fryer. This is a really good taco bell. read more

I have tried to give this place a number of chances after consistently waiting an inordinate amount of time each time I go. Just went again two days ago and waited at least 10 minutes, after finally getting to the window, and after all of that, they forgot my drinks. Had to wait another five minutes until they took two more orders from other drive-thru customers to finally get my drinks. It's a shame because the location is very convenient, but their service is extraordinarily slow for "fast food". The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the food is good. read more

I was stuck in the drive thru line for exactly 28 minutes to get my toddler a $1 mini quesadilla... 28 mins trapped between the car in front of me & behind me, all of us talking through our car windows to provide patience and support to each other. When I finally get to the window, my toddler now asleep, I mentioned the wait time and all the employee said to me in return was "We are short staffed, there's nothing I can do about it!" umm, how about comp my mini quesadilla? Or even just a coupon? Nope, nothing. I paid for my order and also paid for the poor dude's nacho fries behind me because we'd be through a lot together at this point. I went to the the Taco Bell close to saint Margaret hospital earlier today. I have 2 $10 bill in my hand which my Mom gave me to pay for the food. The cashier guy took the money and claimed I gave him $15. I turned to confirm with my Mom . She counted her money in her purse and made sure it was 2 $10 bills. After some debates with their manager. I asked the money back . They only give me $15 back. I don't think $5 Is worth calling the police for a investigation. I believe Karma always give feedbacks to any behavior , good or bad. Just be careful if you use cash there. Of course, I won't go there again. read more
