He largely does events now (think: weddings, festivals, private events, etc.), and that's where I was able to catch him! When someone invites me over for a "BBQ" I expect that they've been smokin' meats (mainly pig) since 4am. When I just find burgers and hot dogs...I get sad. Back on track: I caught KotM at the Mountaineering Club of Alaska's annual Summer Cookout (bless your heart MCA, for not saying BBQ). But guess what? He MADE ACTUAL BBQ!
