I am not from this area and went here once. I was impressed with the staff but VERY disappointed in my food. None of the burritos were grilled/pressed. All of my burritos were missing their primary ingredients. No sauces, sour cream, chips. Very tasteless and sad that when a burrito only has 4 ingredients you only remember 2. Tonight was the final straw! Have had problems with food quality at this location before and talked to management but it's clearly evident that they really don't care. Ordered 2 Taco salads and on mine I had to SEARCH for lettuce. When I finally located some it was wilted and limp.... disgusting! 2 Reg tacos, both broken at the bottom so all the meat would fall out. Service is usually super slow and tonight was no exception. I'm going to start with the food which was the highlight. All food served fast, fresh and accurate. I AM a picky eater and so getting it WRONG happens often. They got it right. What struck me off though, falls into four pieces: 1.) Please don't call me Hon, Honey or Dear while taking my order. 2.) I'm absolutely sure the lady that took my order is sick. I don't know what the protocol is to not have sick people waiting on people, taking cash, etc, but, well - there you go. 3.) We stopped here for a quick late lunch on the way from Lake St. Louis to St. Charles. It was almost empty so we were able to order immediately. Our order was delivered to us wrong. We were short two tacos - we had ordered six, for three people, and only received four. We checked the receipt, and it did show that we had paid for six tacos. The cashier took it to the back and showed the woman who was assembling the tacos. She brought us the two tacos, but was snippy. When we opened the tacos, which were supposed to be supreme, there was no sour cream, which we had paid extra for. At that point we just ate because we were hungry. On top of this, the place was filthy. Every table we looked at was sticky and/or still had pieces of taco shells, lettuce, etc. The floor was littered with pieces of napkins, etc.. It appeared not to have been cleaned all day. And the napkin dispenser was empty and the soda had no flavour (the dispenser apparently was not mixing the seltzer and syrup correctly). read more

The last 5 times we have tried to go to this location, the lobby is closed by 9pm, the drive thru line is crazy and wait times are over 30 minutes. Without fail, the order is wrong every time and you can't go inside to get it fixed. You would have to wait in the drive thru forever to get it fixed and it's just not worth it. Last night, June 20th, my husband stopped there at 10pm and the entire store was shut down due to staffing issues according to the handwritten note on the door. I tried messaging their location to find out what's going on and I have not received a response. Not even an acknowledgement my concerns were received. If you have staffing issues to where you have to close your location down 6 hours early every day for the past few MONTHS, maybe it's time for a management change. read more

I never post reviews. Seriously. But this place is so bad. It's a super snowy day and the roads aren't great but we decided to go to Taco Bell anyway. We mobile ordered a few things, one of them being a chalupa supreme (which is over $3). It's partly my fault for not checking when I left, but when I got home, instead of the chalupa was a tiny, broken, hard-shelled taco. How in the world do you look at a mobile order saying "chalupa supreme, no tomato" and think "yep that's one hard shelled taco." It wasn't even busy! It was so slow because of the weather! Like, a chalupa is more than double the price of a taco. It's ridiculous. I dont want to drive back in these weather conditions over $3 so here we are. This was the third time I've been to this Taco Bell where the inside has been closed at lunch time. Management obviously isn't doing their job keeping the schedule full. They were also serving people in the driveway that were on foot (because the inside was closed). If I do happen to wait in the drive through it usually takes at least 20 minutes. My boyfriend and I were on our 30 minute lunch break from work, we don't work far from this Taco Bell, when we got to this location we saw the drive-thru was packed with cars, the parking lot was more empty, so we thought going inside would be faster... we were very very wrong. They took our order somewhat quickly and then the wait began... there was only 1 order ahead of us. It took them 20 minutes to make 3 burritos, a cheese gordeda crunch and 2 soft tacos. Not only did it take forever to get the food, the food was not that great. Now mind you 7 months ago this Taco Bell was the best around, very good food and extremely fast, like so fast your food was by the window before you even got to the drive-thru window. It makes me very very upset that this once amazing location has gotten so bad that we can't even go there for lunch like we used to because it's so slow.
