Horrible. I pulled up last night around 9pm, not crazy late just crazy a simple cheesy Gordita crunch taco. You would think it would be simple and fast right? Wrong. I sat in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes waiting and that right there should've been my sign to go but I stayed. I finally made my ordered paid at the window and took my food from a worker who didn't say a word to me except just stare. Once I grabbed my food I went to drive home and couldn't help but take a quick glimpse as I'm already off to a bad start and to my surprise (not really), noticed my entire taco was in the bag and not inside the taco. I've been to this Taco Bell about 50 times over the past 6 years and only about 10 times has anything ever been correct. I loved the volcano combo in high school and they brought it back so for the first time in about 3 months i went back. Not only was the hard taco mush from the grease, no chips for our nachos and cheese, and being out of large cups, the no tomatoes on the tacos meant extra tomatoes. After you pick the tomatoes off, you basically have to other toppings. I understand that it is a shitty fast food restaurant and they hire about anyone, but the least they can do is read the screen and make the food to order. read more
